Experiential brand activations
Make the campaign impossible to scroll past.
Flower Fairy turns a brand idea into a physical world. We design, fabricate, and install floral environments for launches, pop-ups, sports, festivals, and cultural moments — built for the brief and made to travel through the camera.

Floral experiences for brands
A logo on a wall is not an experience. We translate your campaign language into scale, texture, scent, and a place people want to enter — with a production team that can work alongside your agency and event partners.
Launches & pop-ups
Immersive floral rooms, retail takeovers, and pop-up moments that turn a product launch into a place people seek out.
Branded flower walls
Custom floral backdrops with palette, logo, product, and campaign language integrated without making the piece feel like a billboard.
Experiential environments
Walk-in installations and floral architecture that make the audience part of the brand story — not just spectators.
Sports & cultural events
High-traffic installations for hospitality, fan zones, art fairs, and cultural programming with a hard production deadline.
Creator & press moments
Camera-aware details, hero angles, and content-ready sightlines so the installation works for the room and the feed.
Multi-city campaigns
Modular fabrication and coordinated local florals for brands taking one visual idea on the road.
Activation work

Brand team questions, answered
Can you work from an existing brand brief?
That's our favorite place to start. Send the brief, the palette, the venue, and the audience. We'll translate the campaign into an installation concept and a production-ready scope.
Can the piece include a logo or product?
Yes, when it serves the idea. We can integrate dimensional marks, product plinths, custom color stories, and branded moments while keeping the flowers at the center.
Do you work with agencies and production companies?
Yes. We can be the floral specialist inside a larger production team, own the full floral scope, or collaborate from early concept through strike.
What do you need to quote an activation?
The brief, site photos or plan, dates, guest count, install window, and a working budget. If some of that is still unknown, send what you have and we'll help structure the next step.
Can we show leadership a visual before approving it?
Upload a photo of the venue to our AI Studio. It generates a concept render in the actual space, then turns the study into a polished PDF and shareable link for your team.
