FAQ
Flower Fairy selects natural trunks and redesigns the artificial foliage by hand in its Kendall workshop. Shape, branch density and lighting affect the result; the labelled render is a design reference, not a photograph of the finished tree. Ask for current real product photographs before approving your order.
Tell us the exact location before ordering. Outdoor trees need a confirmed UV-rated specification; indoor commercial venues may require a fire-retardant certificate. These are project options, not a blanket certification for every catalog tree. Share the venue requirements so materials and documentation can be confirmed in writing.
The planter is included. Shipping to the lower 48 states is free; Alaska and Hawaii freight is quoted separately and approved before production. Delivery is 2–3 weeks from order. Confirm your doorway, ceiling and access measurements before ordering. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos for repair or replacement.
