Privacy Policy

Our quote, booking, workshop, press and AI Studio forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, event or install date, venue or address, budget range, project details, and any photos, PDFs, voice notes or inspiration images you choose to attach.

We also collect basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and fast, such as your browser type, approximate location (city/region), and the pages you visit. This is stored under a random session ID, not your name.

We use your submission to:

• Reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or estimate.
• Generate AI-assisted concept renders when you use the AI Studio.
• Coordinate site visits, delivery, installation and follow-up service.
• Send a confirmation email and, with your permission, occasional project updates.
• Improve our website and detect abuse or spam.

Form submissions, uploaded images and generated renders are stored in our secure backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) with industry-standard encryption at rest. Access is limited to the Flower Fairy team and our authorized service providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted providers needed to operate the site and deliver your project, such as our email delivery service and cloud storage host. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

We keep project records for up to two years after your event or last communication so we can reference designs, reorder flowers, or honor warranties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@myflowerfairy.com.

We use a small first-party analytics system to understand which pages are helpful and to detect bot traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. You can decline analytics cookies through the consent banner that appears on your first visit.

Our forms include spam protection (honeypot fields and rate limiting) and all data is transmitted over HTTPS. Private study links and client portals use randomly generated tokens; never share your link with anyone you do not want to see your proposal.

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your project data and uploaded materials.
• Stop sending you marketing or follow-up messages.

To make any of these requests, email info@myflowerfairy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
