Conferences, galas & launches — Miami
A corporate event florist who works like a production partner.
Registration moments, keynote stages, gala rooms, executive dinners, and product launches — designed to your run of show, installed inside your load-in window, and invoiced with terms your procurement team can actually approve.

Where florals earn their budget
Corporate events have one hard constraint: the room has to look finished before doors, every time. We plan backwards from doors, not forwards from inspiration.
Registration & arrival
The first impression that sets the tone — thresholds, desk florals, and a photo moment guests actually use.
Keynote & main stage
Stage framing, lecterns, and floor pieces designed to camera and to the back row's sightline.
Gala & seated dinners
Centerpieces at scale — consistent across 40 tables, sized so guests can still see each other.
Product launches
Palette-matched florals around the hero product, with plinths and surrounds built in our studio.
Executive & VIP rooms
Quieter, more architectural florals for board dinners, green rooms, and hospitality suites.
Sponsor & press areas
Branded floral backdrops and step-and-repeats that keep sponsor logos legible in every frame.

What planners ask us first
Can you install overnight or inside a tight window?
Yes. Convention Center and stadium builds are usually overnight, and we staff for it. Tell us the load-in window and we'll tell you the crew size it takes.
Do you carry insurance and vendor documentation?
We do — certificates of insurance naming your venue, W-9, and the vendor forms most hotels and convention centers require. Ask and we'll send the packet before you need it.
Can you hold consistency across 40 tables?
That's what an in-house workshop is for. Nothing is subcontracted, so every centerpiece leaves the same bench with the same recipe.
Do you handle recurring corporate florals?
Yes — weekly and monthly office, lobby, and hospitality programs run out of the same studio. See our floral programs page.
