AT&T at AT&T Stadium, Arlington
Stadium-scale structures for the Cowboys' building — ballasted, engineered to read from a hundred feet, installed inside a badged load-in window.

Dallas is a corporate calendar city. The work that comes to us here is rarely a single centerpiece — it is a keynote stage that has to read on a 40-foot LED wall, a press moment in a hotel ballroom that a brand team will photograph for a year, a convention booth that has to look intentional next to two hundred booths that do not.
We are a Miami studio, and we say that plainly on this page because it changes how the job runs. Our structures are welded, wrapped and dry-fitted in our Kendall workshop, then freighted to Dallas ahead of the crew. Fresh product is bought through Texas wholesalers the day before install so nothing spends two days in a truck. What flies in is the team and the design discipline.
That is also why we are honest about the map pack: our only address is in Miami. If you are searching for a florist with a Dallas storefront, that is not us. If you want a company that builds floral architecture at scale and travels to do it, keep reading.
Dallas is not a market we talk about in theory. We have built for AT&T inside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, for the Riverfront Jazz Festival on an outdoor Dallas site in 2024, and inside a terminal at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport — three of the hardest environments in the city, each with a different set of rules about weight, fire, access and hold time.
Every one of those jobs ran the same way: structures welded and dry-fitted in our Kendall workshop, freighted to Texas ahead of the crew, fresh product bought through Texas wholesalers the day before install. What flies in is the team and the design discipline.
Client, venue and year are confirmed on all three. Exact install dates, the airport terminal letter and the final project photography are still being pulled from the archive and cleared, so each study labels those fields as unconfirmed and uses representative imagery rather than guessing.

Stadium, Arlington
Everything in this building is oversized, so floral only works when it is engineered — suspended clusters and freestanding towers rather than table-height pieces.
Convention center
Booth and general-session florals that survive a three-day show, which usually means preserved and high-grade faux with fresh accents refreshed each morning.
Hotel, downtown
A mid-century room that rewards restraint — one strong ceiling gesture over the bar reads better than florals on every surface.
Hotel, Main Street
An art-forward property where floral is treated as an installation in its own right, not as decor around the art.
Luxury hotel
Intimate scale, high expectation. Entry arches and dining-room florals with garden-grown character rather than event-rental gloss.
Garden venue
The hardest brief in the city — the built floral has to hold its own against a garden, so we go architectural and monochrome.
Museum
Sightline-driven work. Pieces are placed to frame sculpture and to photograph from the garden side.
Outdoor park
Wind loads and heat decide the build. Ballasted structures, foam-free mechanics and varieties that do not collapse by 2pm.
Arena
Suite-level and concourse activations with fast load-in windows around Mavericks and Stars schedules.
Trade showrooms
Market-week installs that go in overnight and have to look photographed-ready for buyers at 8am.
Airport terminals
Terminal and lounge activations run on airport rules — badged crew, escorted load-in on a fixed window, fire-marshal sign-off on every structure, and materials that hold for weeks under constant HVAC.
Arena, Fort Worth
Rodeo and touring production floral — sturdy frames, saturated color, built to be seen from the upper bowl.
Historic district
Texture-led work: dried grasses, bougainvillea and roses against brick and timber.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.

A Dallas install typically runs a crew of three to six flying in from Miami, on site one to three days depending on rigging. Strike is booked at the same time as install — venues here are strict about out-times and we would rather pay the crew than leave your loading dock late.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a custom Dallas build once freight is factored in. Two weeks is possible if the structure already exists in our inventory and we only need to re-dress it. Under ten days we will tell you honestly that it is a rental-and-fresh solution, not an engineered install.
Armatures, frames and any welded or wrapped structure are built in Kendall and freighted to Dallas ahead of the crew. Fresh product is bought through Texas wholesalers the day before install so nothing rides in a hot trailer. Preserved and faux elements ship with the structure because they do not care about the trip.
Convention center and arena work needs rigging plans and weights signed off in advance, and most downtown properties require certificates of insurance naming the venue. Outdoor park installs need ballast calculations rather than ground stakes. We handle the paperwork; we just need the venue contact early.
Summer outdoor installs are designed for 100°F days: hydration-first mechanics, no foam, varieties chosen for heat tolerance, and dressing scheduled for the last possible hour before doors. Winter brings the opposite problem — a hard freeze can wipe out local field product, so cold-week jobs lean on structure and preserved material with fresh used as accent.
No, and we will not pretend to be. Our studio and address are in Miami. We fabricate there and travel to Dallas for installations, which is why our Dallas work is project-based rather than daily delivery.
Travel is a line item, not a markup — usually a few thousand dollars for crew, freight and lodging on a mid-size build. On installations above roughly $15,000 it is a small share of the total, which is why most of our travel work is at that scale or above.
We buy locally the day before, keep product cold until the last hour, build foam-free with water sources in the structure, and specify varieties that hold in heat. For multi-day outdoor programs we plan a refresh visit rather than pretending fresh will last five days at 100°F.
Yes, with lead time. Both need rigging documentation, insurance naming the venue and a scheduled load-in window. Give us the venue contact when you book and we will run that process.
Yes — both are served by the same crew on the same trip with no separate travel charge, including Dickies Arena, the Stockyards and AT&T Stadium.
Around $7,500 for a travel build. Below that the travel and freight share becomes hard to justify, and we will say so instead of shipping you something thin.
Yes. Send a photo of the actual room to our AI Studio and you will get a concept render of your space with the installation in it, plus a written study you can circulate internally for approval.
