One studio, one travelling team
We design and fabricate in our Kendall, Miami workshop, ship the fabricated work ahead, and send the same team to install it in Spain. Fresh flowers are bought from local wholesalers close to the event date. That division is deliberate: the structural work can be reviewed and dry-fitted before it travels, while fresh product spends as little time as possible away from the local supply chain.
Madrid and Asturias are the two cities where we concentrate our planning. Work elsewhere in Spain, including Mallorca, Ibiza and Marbella, is assessed one project at a time because access, freight, venue rules and travel can change the production plan. We do not maintain a Spanish workshop or claim a Spanish project portfolio. Our published proof is the work completed in the United States, including Formula 1 Miami, T-Mobile and Chotto Matte.

Published price tiers for Spain
These are the same starting tiers published on our Spanish floral-installations page. Prices exclude IVA; IVA is applied as appropriate on each invoice.

A coordinated room design for destination weddings and galas, connecting arrival, tables and key guest views.

Planning lead times
Allow six to eight weeks for a custom project. IFEMA trade fairs and peak weeks need about three months. For Christmas, design closes in October and installation begins in mid-November. Those windows protect the workshop build, transport, venue review and local fresh-flower order rather than promising a rushed result that cannot be installed cleanly.
A useful first brief includes the city, venue, event date, guest journey, installation and removal windows, dimensions or plans, photographs, the part of the experience that must read in camera, and the working budget. For a hotel or managed venue, add the loading route, lift dimensions, floor-protection rules and the contact who approves technical documents.

Can we rent a flower wall or artificial tree in Spain?
Rentals in Spain are confirmed project by project. Send the city, venue and dates so transport, installation and collection can be assessed.
Can you show completed work in Spain?
We do not yet publish a completed Spain project. The case studies linked from this site are US projects and are presented as evidence of our build and installation approach, not as Spanish work.
