Ceremony arches, flower walls and floral ceilings for Miami weddings. Five generations of florists design and fabricate every piece in our Kendall studio, then the same crew installs it on the day and strikes it at the end of the night.
What we build for weddings
Every piece starts as a structure. We weld and wrap the frame in our workshop, dress it with fresh, preserved or faux flowers depending on the venue, and dry-fit it before the wedding day.

Photo backdrops from an 8 ft Ready Wall to a full custom wall in your palette, placed where the light and the photographer want it.
03Floral ceilings
Suspended clouds and canopies over the dance floor or the reception tables, rigged to the venue's points or to our own truss.
Why in-house matters on a wedding day
A wedding has one install window and no second chance. We design, fabricate and install with our own team, so the arch you approved is the arch that arrives, the crew knows every frame, and nobody is waiting on a subcontractor at the loading dock.

Every Flower Fairy project is designed around the space, floral mix, fabrication, access, installation window and location. Your written proposal confirms the final production price before work begins.

A ceremony arch or other single focal piece starts at a planning price of $2,500. Ready flower walls from our own inventory start at $1,250 in Miami-Dade, and a layered reception with a ceiling treatment starts at $7,500. Your written proposal confirms the final price before work begins.
Can you hang a floral ceiling over the reception?+
Yes, when the venue has rated rigging points or allows our own free-standing truss. We ask for the ceiling height, the rigging rules and photos of the room, then engineer the piece in our Kendall workshop and dry-fit it before the wedding day.
Can the ceremony arch move to the reception?+
Often, yes. We build arches on modular frames so the crew can carry the ceremony piece to the sweetheart table or the entry during cocktail hour. Tell us early so the timeline and crew plan include the move.
Fresh or faux flowers for an outdoor Miami wedding?+
Fresh flowers give scent and movement up close; preserved and high-grade faux hold up in heat, humidity and wind. Most outdoor weddings we build mix both: long-life material on the structure and fresh flowers where guests get close.
Do you do the strike after the wedding?+
Yes. The same crew that installs the pieces removes them at the end of the night or at the venue's cut-off time, so you never have to find a separate team for the strike.
