Press & media kit
Everything you need to write about us.
Flower Fairy is a five-generation Miami floral family that designs, fabricates and installs large-scale florals out of its own workshop in Kendall. Below: past installations, approved boilerplate, fast facts, story angles, and a direct line to a person who will answer on deadline.
Past installations
A selection of builds from our own workshop. High-resolution files and per-project credits are available on request — email us with your outlet and deadline and we will send a link the same day.

Rose wall
Flower wall / step-and-repeat · Miami
A full-coverage rose wall built on our own modular armature so it can be struck and re-dressed rather than rebuilt. The mechanics behind it are ours; the front reads as solid bloom from a foot away.

Main stage
Stage & set florals · Miami
Stage florals scaled for a crowd and a camera at the same time — heavy enough to hold under production lighting, rigged to a schedule set by the show, not by us.

Via Emilia
Restaurant ceiling installation · Miami
A suspended ceiling installation for a working dining room. Installed overnight between services, engineered to clear sightlines and service paths.

T-Mobile activation
Brand activation · Miami
Brand-colour florals matched to a corporate palette and fabricated in our workshop, then installed inside a sponsor's load-in window with our own credentialed crew.

We Belong Here
Festival installation · South Florida
Festival-scale floral built for open air and long hours — wind-aware mechanics, and a palette that still reads at night under stage wash.

Artist booth
Art week booth installation · Miami Beach
A booth installation for Miami art week, where the build window is measured in hours and everything arrives pre-fabricated from Kendall.

One sentence
Flower Fairy is a family-run Miami floral studio, five generations deep, building large-scale floral installations and brand activations from its own workshop in Kendall.
Full boilerplate
Flower Fairy has been a Miami florist family for five generations. Today the studio designs and fabricates large-scale floral installations and brand activations from its own workshop in Kendall — suspended and ceiling florals, flower walls and step-and-repeats, entry arches, stage and set florals, table and interior programs, and preserved long-life builds.
Because Flower Fairy owns its fabrication, hardware and install crew, the installation that goes up is the one that was designed. The studio works with restaurants, hotels, concert and festival productions, and brand teams across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and travels with its own crew for national activations.
Flower Fairy is based at 12355 SW 129th Ct #9, Miami, FL 33186. Media contact: info@myflowerfairy.com, +1 (786) 438-8675.
Story angles
If you are looking for a Miami story rather than a vendor listing, these are the ones we can open the workshop for.
Five generations, one Miami family
A florist family that has worked through every version of this city and still fabricates by hand. The through-line from a corner flower shop to Art Basel ceilings.
What it takes to build in-house
Most large-scale florals in Miami are outsourced to sub-contracted labour. We own the workshop, the hardware and the crew — and can show the difference on site.
The overnight economy of Miami event season
Basel, Race Week, Swim Week. Crews installing between midnight and service, inside load-in windows set by stadiums and convention centres.
Flowers that have to survive Miami
Heat, humidity, open kitchens, wind off the bay, and stage lighting. The mechanics behind an installation that still looks right on day fourteen.
Client words
“They walked in with sketches and walked out leaving our dining room unrecognizable — guests photograph the ceiling before the food.”
“A family that actually answers the phone. They scaled the concept to our budget and over-delivered on the build.”
Unattributed and awaiting client sign-off. Journalists: ask us for a named, on-the-record reference and we will connect you with the client directly rather than hand you an anonymous quote.
