Atlanta is a fly-in market for Flower Fairy. The design, welding, wrapping and dry-fit happen on our Kendall workshop floor in Miami; the finished structures freight north before the same crew flies to Atlanta to install them. Fresh flowers are sourced close to the date through local wholesalers so they do not spend the journey inside a freight load.
We do not have an Atlanta address and we have no published Atlanta project. That matters, because this page should help a producer decide whether our travel model fits the brief rather than imply a local history we cannot show. The work we are equipped for is project-based: convention environments, sponsor hospitality, hotel arrivals, content backdrops and event installations with a fixed load-in and strike.
Atlanta’s airport and downtown event campus make that model practical. Hartsfield-Jackson is ten miles from downtown, and its official air-service information says most of the United States is within a two-hour flight or two-day truck journey. For us, the critical plan is still made before anyone travels: freight arrival, venue handover, crew call, fresh dressing, doors and removal all belong on one schedule.
There are no Atlanta case studies in our archive. When an Atlanta project is photographed and approved for publication, it can appear here with its real client, venue, date and scope. Until then, the useful evidence is the process shown in completed Miami and Dallas work.
For Atlanta, we use the same fly-in operating model published for Dallas and Austin: design and dry-fit in Kendall, freight ahead, local fresh sourcing and a crew of three to six on site for one to three days. That model is repeated here because it is established practice, not because we are inventing a Georgia history.
The first production conversation is about venue rules and timing. We need the event manual, footprint, dock slot, room handover and strike deadline before a structure is approved. The floral direction follows that operating envelope so the result can be installed safely and finished before doors.

Convention center
Large exhibit halls, ballrooms and meeting rooms where floral must be sized to the viewing distance and designed around the show’s rigging, aisle and dock rules.
Stadium
Sponsor hospitality and arrival environments require freestanding, engineered pieces, credentialed access and a strike plan agreed with production.
Official Dragon Con host hotel
A downtown hotel in a multi-property convention route, where the floral brief must preserve guest circulation and hotel operations.
Official Dragon Con host hotel
Atrium-scale sightlines make one legible installation more useful than small decoration spread through the room.
Official Dragon Con host hotel
Conference and hospitality pieces are planned around ballroom turnover, lift access and the property’s approved service window.
Official Dragon Con host hotel
Arrival and hosted-event work must be checked against doorways, elevators, public circulation and the room handover.
Official Dragon Con host hotel
A programme moving between host hotels needs independent measurements and approvals rather than assuming one design fits every property.
Official Dragon Con venues
Exhibit and programme spaces call for a booth-ready plan: footprint, sightline, load-in, hold time and strike documented before fabrication.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
The NFL-confirmed game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium creates a citywide hospitality and sponsor window. Flower Fairy has no awarded role and makes no claim that it does.
Booking window: Allow three to five months for a fabricated environment; Atlanta’s freight, crew, dock and hotel capacity will be part of the constraint.
A multi-property downtown convention using official host hotels and AmericasMart buildings. The 2026 edition is September 3–7; later dates are left at month level until announced.
Booking window: Four to six weeks in a normal scope; allow longer when the programme crosses properties or needs separate venue approvals.
Exhibit, meeting and sponsor environments at Georgia World Congress Center, planned against the organiser’s own published dates and rules.
Booking window: Four to six weeks for a custom build, with additional time whenever show approval or rigging review sets an earlier deadline.
Premium-room and sponsor moments at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, quoted only after the confirmed event date and access plan are supplied.
Booking window: Four to six weeks in a normal month; two weeks only when an existing structure can be re-dressed.
Lobby arrivals, dinners, conferences and hosted rooms in downtown properties, with each hotel’s service access treated separately.
Booking window: Four to six weeks for custom work; inside ten days the honest scope is fresh product and available rental inventory.
A typical Atlanta installation uses a crew of three to six flying from Miami and working on site for one to three days. Structures arrive by freight before the crew. Strike is booked with installation so the team, dock and vehicle are not treated as a second decision after the event closes.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a custom Atlanta build. Two weeks can work when the structure already exists and only needs to be re-dressed. Inside ten days we describe the project as fresh product and rental inventory, not a new engineered installation. For Super Bowl LXII, allow three to five months because citywide capacity is part of the schedule.
Frames, armatures and wrapped structures are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall, then freighted to Atlanta ahead of the crew. Preserved and faux elements travel with the structure. Fresh product is purchased through Atlanta-area wholesalers close to installation so its first long journey is not inside the freight load.
Convention and stadium projects begin with the organiser’s rigging rules, weights, insurance requirements, credentials and dock reservation. Hotel work adds lift, service-hour and public-circulation rules. We prepare the project documents for our scope, while the client or producer supplies the venue contact and current event manual.
Indoor hold time, outdoor exposure and the approved weather plan determine the material mix. Rather than publish a generic Atlanta climate promise, we review the actual date, placement and forecast decision process. Outdoor work is freestanding and ballasted where the venue prohibits ground fixing; long interior holds may use preserved or premium faux material with fresh accents.
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We fabricate there, freight the structures ahead and fly the same team to Atlanta for installation.
We have no published Atlanta project. This page links the nearest relevant completed work and does not present it as Georgia work.
Allow four to six weeks for a custom build. Two weeks can work with an existing structure; inside ten days the scope is fresh product and available rental inventory.
We can quote a brief for February 13, 2028, but we do not claim an awarded Super Bowl project. Allow three to five months for fabricated work because citywide freight, crew, hotel and access capacity will be constrained.
Fresh flowers are purchased through Atlanta-area wholesalers close to installation. Structures and durable floral elements are prepared in Miami and freighted ahead.
The page covers Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the official downtown Dragon Con host hotels and AmericasMart buildings. These are places we plan for, not past-project claims.
