Every holiday installation takes six weeks from signed proposal to install — design, fabrication in our studio, and a reserved crew slot. These reserve-by dates are that lead time counted back from the real event dates. Miss the date and we will still tell you honestly what is possible.

Holiday installs, answered honestly
How far ahead do I need to book a holiday installation?+
Our production lead time is six weeks — design, fabrication in our Kendall studio, and scheduling the install crew. The reserve-by dates above are that lead time counted back from each holiday. We sometimes fit in smaller storefront pieces later, but fabricated builds need the full window.
What is the Storefront Flash package?+
A fixed-scope package that starts at a planning price of $2,500: one storefront focal piece — a crowned entry, garland-draped facade or window moment — with design, materials, structure, install before opening, and strike in January all included. Send us a photo of your storefront through the AI Studio and you will see a render of it on your actual facade before you commit.
How long do holiday installations last?+
Fresh installations are designed to look their best for 7 to 14 days; for season-long storefronts and lobbies we build with preserved and faux botanicals, or schedule a mid-season fresh refresh. We will tell you honestly which approach your space and budget actually need.
Do you install outside Miami?+
Yes. Our studio is in Kendall, Miami, and we install across South Florida — Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Travel for holiday installs outside Miami-Dade is quoted into the proposal.
Do you rent Christmas trees for hotel lobbies and restaurants?+
Yes. Flower Fairy rents lobby Christmas trees for the season in South Florida at a planning price of $2,500. Trees are decorated in its Kendall workshop, installed around hotel service hours so the lobby stays open, and struck in January. For the 2026 season, reserve by November 2; larger trees and purchases are quoted.
Who does holiday storefront decorations in Miami?+
Flower Fairy's Storefront Flash holiday package starts at a planning price of $2,500 in Miami: one focal holiday installation designed and built in its Kendall workshop, installed for the season and removed in January. Larger storefronts, lobby trees and full holiday programs are quoted.
Do you install lobby Christmas trees and holiday displays in Orlando?+
Yes. Flower Fairy designs and decorates lobby Christmas trees and holiday focal installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop and installs them at Orlando hotels and resorts around service hours, with strike in January. Resort holiday programs run November through December and should book by August; October is too late for fabricated work. Orlando properties are quoted per project.
Do you do holiday lobby trees and storefronts in Tampa Bay?+
Yes. Flower Fairy builds lobby Christmas trees and holiday storefronts for Tampa Bay in its Kendall, Miami workshop, installing from mid-November and striking in January. Tampa properties are quoted per project.
