Six weeks of production. Counted back from every date that matters.
Every holiday installation takes six weeks from signed proposal to install — design, fabrication in our studio, and a reserved crew slot. These reserve-by dates are that lead time counted back from the real event dates. Miss the date and we will still tell you honestly what is possible.

Holiday installs, answered honestly
How far ahead do I need to book a holiday installation?
Our production lead time is six weeks — design, fabrication in our Kendall studio, and scheduling the install crew. The reserve-by dates above are that lead time counted back from each holiday. We sometimes fit in smaller storefront pieces later, but fabricated builds need the full window.
What is the Storefront Flash package?
A fixed-scope package from $2,500: one storefront focal piece — a crowned entry, garland-draped facade or window moment — with design, materials, structure, install before opening, and strike in January all included. Send us a photo of your storefront through the AI Studio and you will see a render of it on your actual facade before you commit.
How long do holiday installations last?
Fresh installations are designed to look their best for 7 to 14 days; for season-long storefronts and lobbies we build with preserved and faux botanicals, or schedule a mid-season fresh refresh. We will tell you honestly which approach your space and budget actually need.
Do you install outside Miami?
Yes. Our studio is in Kendall, Miami, and we install across South Florida — Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Travel for holiday installs outside Miami-Dade is quoted into the proposal.
