Every Flower Fairy project is designed around the space, floral mix, fabrication, access, installation window and location. Your written proposal confirms the final production price before work begins.
How renting works
1. Choose a style+
Send your preferred arch, wall or tree, a venue photo and your palette. We check the footprint, access and safe anchoring.
2. Request your date+
Tell us the ceremony date and delivery and collection windows. A date is held only after the studio confirms availability and the booking terms.
3. Match the design to your venue+
A design call aligns colors, fresh or faux flowers and the room's rules. Your written proposal confirms the scope and price.
4. Delivery, styling and strike+
Our crew styles the piece before the ceremony and removes it afterward. A move to the reception can be planned in advance as a sweetheart-table backdrop.
Service area
Our team delivers from Kendall across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Orlando and Tampa Bay rentals are planned as drive-in projects; destination work across the US and Canada carries its own travel and logistics scope.

What can we rent for a wedding or event?+
Wedding arches, flower walls and artificial trees are available to request. Floral props and coordinated backdrops are quoted to the space; availability is confirmed by the studio.
Does a rental include delivery and styling?+
Arch rentals include delivery, styling and strike. Wall and tree proposals specify the service area, access and collection window, so the written scope makes clear what is included.
Can we combine rentals in one order?+
Yes. Send all the pieces, the venue and the date together. We coordinate the palette and crew schedule rather than treat every piece as a separate delivery.
Do you rent outside Miami?+
Yes. We serve Broward, Palm Beach, Orlando and Tampa Bay, with destination work across the US and Canada quoted for travel and logistics. We do not claim a local workshop in those cities.
