For developers, property managers and interior designers of luxury condo and rental towers in Miami and South Florida. We design and fabricate long-life floral and artificial-tree installations in our Kendall workshop, and the same team installs them around your building's rules.
An honest note: we have no published residential tower project yet. The nearest published work is the long-life faux installation at Chotto Matte and our hotel lobby installations, which face the same demands: constant traffic, air-conditioning and a first impression every time the door opens.

Planned around the building
A residential tower is a home first. Installs are planned around move-ins, service-elevator bookings and the building's rules, so the crew arrives in the window management has approved and the lobby stays usable. Because everything is fabricated in our Kendall workshop first, the time on site is spent installing, not building.
For indoor pieces, a fire-retardant certificate is available for artificial trees. Outdoors, on pool decks and terraces, we use pieces with UV protection. As with the resort programs on our Orlando page, we can schedule refresh visits so the installation is re-dressed through the year rather than rebuilt.

Lead times follow our Miami booking guide: three to four weeks for a single installation, six to eight weeks for a custom-built wall or ceiling.
