Miami events calendar · 2026–2027
Art Basel is December 4–6, 2026. SOBEWFF is February 25–28, 2027. The Miami Open runs a full two weeks, March 14–28. We build installations through all of it — from our own workshop in Kendall, with our own crew. Here is the season as we schedule it, including what we build for each event and when the date has to be locked.

Five generations · Built in-house
Flower Fairy is a five-generation Mexican family of florists, and we subcontract nothing. We design, fabricate, install and strike from our own Kendall workshop, with our own crew.
Our artificial trees start at the farm: we hand-select and harvest the natural trunks ourselves and cure and treat them in our workshop before they ever reach your space. The artificial florals are bought direct from the source, and every stem is redesigned by hand in the studio before it is installed. No brokers — five generations of craft, all in-house.
Dates verified against the organizers' own sites in August 2026, with a link so you can check them yourself. Where an organizer has not published 2027 dates yet, we mark the row expected and give our planning window instead of inventing a date.

Our busiest week of the year. Booth installations, collector dinners, hotel lobbies, and Wynwood and Design District activations running in parallel. Load-in windows are tight and overnight.

Restaurant ceilings, lobby trees, and rotating weekly holiday programs. Most clients sign a multi-week refresh rather than a single install.

Period-correct entry arches and façade florals for the Ocean Drive hotels. Deco palettes, hard geometry, and wind-rated mechanics for an open-air street festival.

Sponsor lounges, VIP tents, and gallery-booth florals. Valentine's weekend, so Grove restaurants book their own programs the same week — we run both.

Tent and tasting-station installations built overnight between services, plus chef-dinner tablescapes. Everything has to survive heat, humidity, and open kitchens.

A two-week run, not a single night: hospitality suites, sponsor lounges, and a daily or every-other-day refresh program so week two looks like opening day.

Paddock Club and brand activation builds with the strictest load-in rules of any Miami event — credentialed crew, fixed windows, and everything pre-fabricated at our workshop.

Runway backdrops, step-and-repeat florals, and poolside sets. Multiple shows per day means fast changeovers and reusable armatures.

Ceremony structures, reception ceilings, and full venue transformations. Peak Saturdays in March, April, and November go first.
Organizers move dates. Confirm with the event before booking travel or venues — and tell us if a date shifts, so we can move your crew with it.
How long we need between your yes and your load-in. Peak weeks need the long end because flower orders are placed months ahead at the growers.

Art Basel / F1 / Swim Week builds

Event date, load-in window, venue name, and whatever you have — floor plan, run-of-show, moodboard, or a phone photo of the space. Use the AI Studio to render the idea first if you want something to react to.

We tell you within one business day whether the date is open. Big-campus events like Hard Rock Stadium and the Convention Center have credentialing and rigging rules we handle directly with the venue.

You get renders, a mechanics plan, and a price that includes fabrication, install crew, hardware, and strike. Installations start at a planning price of $2,500 and scale to full-venue builds.

A deposit locks your crew and your flower order. Peak-week dates — Basel, Race Week, Swim Week — are released first-come, and we stop taking them once the crew is full.
Inside four weeks of your date, call instead of emailing — during Basel, Race Week, and Swim Week our crews run overnight and we can usually find a window. Studio hours and address →

For Miami Art Week (December 2–6, 2026), Flower Fairy can build floral environments for galleries, brands and hotels in its Kendall workshop and install them across the city. Fabricated pieces need lead time, so brief the studio early. Installations start at $2,500, and a photo of your space uploaded to the AI Studio returns a concept render, usually within a day.
For fashion shows and brand events in Miami, Flower Fairy builds runway backdrops, flower walls and entrance installations in its Kendall workshop, sized to the camera and installed on the show's schedule. Flower-wall rentals start at $2,500 and custom branded walls at $7,500. Send the show date, venue and camera positions for a fixed quote.
