Terms of sale

These terms apply to trees ordered from our artificial tree collection.

Your tree

  • Planter included.
  • Free shipping to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately.
  • Delivered 2–3 weeks from order.
  • Made to order and final sale: no returns or exchanges.
  • 5-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials.
  • Built by our team in the Kendall workshop.
  • Arrives damaged? Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll repair or replace it.

Shipping

Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately, so request a quote before ordering.

Damaged in transit

Report it within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@myflowerfairy.com with your order number and photos, and we repair or replace the tree.

Payment and tax

  • Payment by card through Stripe.
  • Sales tax added where applicable.

Warranty claims

Email info@myflowerfairy.com with your order number and photos.
