Budget

What does a weekly floral program cost for a restaurant or hotel?

Updated · 6 min read · Flower Fairy studio, Miami

Short answer

A weekly restaurant floral program starts at $1,200 per month — typically a host stand, bar, and four to six table or ledge moments, refreshed once a week. Hotel lobby programs start around $3,500 per month because the hero arrangement is larger and photographed constantly. Pricing is per visit, so biweekly service costs roughly 55–60% of weekly.

A program is a different product from an installation. You are not buying flowers; you are buying a room that never has a bad week, on a fixed monthly line item.

What is inside the monthly number

  • Design direction that rotates by season rather than repeating the same arrangement weekly.
  • Fresh product, vessels, and mechanics — vessels stay ours unless you buy them in.
  • Delivery, placement, and removal of the prior week's product on every visit.
  • One seasonal reset per quarter where the palette and vessel language change noticeably.
  • Priority scheduling and program pricing on one-off event work at the same property.

Three ways to cut 20% without it showing

  • Go biweekly on low-traffic zones and weekly only on the host stand and bar. Guests notice the entry; they do not audit the corridor.
  • Fewer, larger moments. One 4ft arrangement reads more expensive than six small ones and costs less to service.
  • Let us choose the stems inside an agreed palette. Locking exact varieties removes our ability to buy well at market and adds 10–15%.

Contract terms we use

Programs run on a three-month minimum with 30 days' notice to change scope or pause — enough time for us to hold product commitments, short enough that you are not locked into a look you have stopped liking. Pricing is per visit, so a month with five Mondays bills five visits, and we state that up front rather than surprising you in month three.

Frequently asked

How much does a restaurant floral program cost per month?
From $1,200 per month for weekly service covering a host stand, bar, and four to six smaller moments in a 60–90 seat restaurant. Larger rooms with private dining run $2,400–$3,800.
Is a program cheaper than ordering weekly arrangements?
Generally 15–25% cheaper per visit, because we buy across all program clients on one market run and route deliveries together. It also removes the weekly re-ordering conversation.
Can a program include the big installation too?
Yes. Many clients start with a permanent ceiling or entry installation and add a weekly program for the fresh moments underneath it, with the installation refreshed quarterly.
