What should a Salón Gourmets exhibitor photograph?
Flower Fairy proposes three planning photographs for Salón Gourmets: product, conversation and brand. These are objectives to review with the exhibitor, not visitor-behavior statistics or a service already delivered at this show. Choose the object that must be recognizable in the first image and mark the photographer's position. Not every aisle lets the camera step back; test the frame inside the approved plan with a person and the actual object height. Decoration should support that image without concealing what the company sells.
Flower Fairy: Give labels and the tasting sequence priority over decorative density. A buyer should be able to identify the product in a portrait-format photo without moving flowers out of the way. Keep stems, containers and loose decorative parts away from tasting surfaces. A quieter palette can frame bottles or packages while preserving the contrast needed to read them.
| Proposed photograph | What to check |
|---|---|
| A label-led tasting-counter photograph | Framing, light and circulation on the approved plan |
| A producer interview with a restrained floral background | Framing, light and circulation on the approved plan |
| A hospitality meeting framed without blocking service | Framing, light and circulation on the approved plan |
Which three stand ideas can start a Salón Gourmets brief?
Flower Fairy studies three distinct ideas: a reception frame, a meeting backdrop and a product feature. You do not need to commission all three. Decide which solves the primary need and measure its footprint with furniture, people and equipment included. A freestanding column gives more flexibility than a suspended piece when the builder has not approved load points. A modular wall may suit reuse, but that decision requires a transport, packing and storage review rather than judging only the first day's appearance.
Flower Fairy: Make each proposal produce a different photograph. If all three create the same portrait, the brief may repeat cost without adding value. Ask for a front view and a circulation view with floral dimensions, not an unscaled inspiration collage. Brand-approved color should also be checked under the booth lighting: very warm or colored light changes petals, skin and packaging. A phone-camera test can reveal reflections before fabrication.
| Idea | Picture it produces |
|---|---|
| Reception frame | A label-led tasting-counter photograph |
| Modular background | A producer interview with a restrained floral background |
| Product accent | A hospitality meeting framed without blocking service |
How do we plan against the confirmed 2027 dates?
Flower Fairy recommends starting planning 6–8 weeks ahead: April 26, 2027 – April 29, 2027 are the dates recorded for Salón Gourmets in our shared inventory. They are not installation or removal windows. Check with the organizer whether professional days, exhibition days or access conditions differ for your participation. The proposal must distinguish public opening from the day the crew can enter with materials and tools.
Flower Fairy: After a complete brief, studio practice is a written quote within 48 hours. That is a workflow, not guaranteed availability. Agree who approves the plan, supplies load information and receives materials. If dimensions change after fabrication approval, review cost and schedule before continuing. Name a removal lead too: pieces must not be left without a destination when the carrier or venue closes its access window.
| Milestone | Reference |
|---|---|
| 2027 | April 26, 2027 – April 29, 2027 |
| Planning | 6–8 weeks ahead; confirm capacity |
| Installation and strike | Authorized windows only |
What fire-retardant documents should we check at IFEMA Madrid?
Flower Fairy separates two checks: the certificate for supplied interior material and venue acceptance of the installation. We supply fire-retardant certification, but do not assign a universal class to every piece or claim organizer approval of our design. The exhibitor or technical lead should request current requirements and submit documents to the appropriate contact. A floral certificate does not replace support engineering or electrical documentation for lighting.
Flower Fairy: For an exterior piece, UV protection does not demonstrate wind resistance or waterproofing. Describe sun, rain, support surfaces and nearby heat sources. Keep exits and safety equipment outside the decoration. Recheck requirements when reusing the piece at another venue; documenting one project does not grant automatic permission for the next. Keep the materials schedule beside the latest plan so substitutions can be reviewed before installation.
| Document | Review responsibility |
|---|---|
| Fire-retardant certificate | Flower Fairy supplies; venue verifies acceptance |
| Support and electricity | Technical lead and relevant suppliers |
How much does this stand's floral installation cost?
Flower Fairy uses three existing planning bands; they describe scope, not show tariffs or inventory prices. The written proposal confirms design, materials, fabrication, installation and strike for agreed dimensions. Transport, travel, access and any technical services are identified in that proposal. A small feature can require complex support, so multiplying wall length by an assumed rate is not a sound way to price the project.
Flower Fairy: To compare alternatives, request the same plan and responsibilities for each option. Rental and purchase differ by more than initial cost: piece destination, return, care and the next use matter. These planning examples are not a real contracted price. Spain figures are in euros excluding VAT, with the applicable tax on the invoice. Where the brief is too incomplete for a band, request a custom quote rather than inventing a stem or daily rate.
| Scope | Planning band |
|---|---|
| Focal piece | 2.500 € |
| Layered room | 8.000 € |
| Fabricated environment | 15.000 € |
How do we send a brief that can be approved?
Flower Fairy needs six brief details: show, company, plan, dimensions, dates and access. Add the agency or stand-builder contact and the photograph you want to produce. Identify who supplies logos, furniture and support. That separation prevents two suppliers pricing the same task or neither including removal. Fabrication stays in-house; we can work under your agency's name without presenting the organizer as our client.
| Send | Expected result |
|---|---|
| Plan and photographs | Verifiable placement and scale |
| Dates and access | A schedule that can be coordinated |
