What an event floral installation costs
Every piece is designed and built in our own Miami workshop, so pricing depends on scale, materials and access — but the planning prices below are real starting points, and your written proposal fixes the price before work begins.
Starting rates
Single installation
A suspended piece, entry arch or stage moment for one event.
Ready flower wall
An 8ft x 8ft wall from our own inventory, delivered, installed and collected in Miami-Dade and Broward.
Custom branded wall
Your brand colors and logo on a wall sized to the camera.
Bespoke wall or focal build
Custom structure, palette and dimensions, fresh florals, or a piece you keep, reuse or store with us.
Full-room transformation
Ceiling, tables, entry and stage designed as one environment.
Large-format environment
A fully fabricated world: structure, rigging and crew across a venue.
Ongoing floral program
Scheduled refreshes billed monthly, from one or two focal touchpoints to a full lobby.
Multi-day or multi-venue programs
Art Week, race week or a conference across several spaces.
Every Flower Fairy project is designed around the space, floral mix, fabrication, access, installation window and location. Your written proposal confirms the final production price before work begins.
Every quote includes
- Design direction and a scaled sketch or render before you commit
- Fabrication in our own Miami workshop — nothing is brokered out
- Delivery, overnight install and strike by our own crew
- Fresh, preserved or faux florals, chosen per piece for the conditions
- More of your budget reaches the installation — no brokered fabrication, no anonymous subcontractor line.
How quoting works
Send the brief
Event, venue, date and a photo of the space if you have one. The form below takes two minutes.
Get a direction and a number
A designer replies within one business day with an approach and an honest range.
Lock the date
A deposit holds your install window. Peak dates — Basel, race week, peak Saturdays — go first.
