What an event floral installation costs
Every piece is designed and built in our own Miami workshop, so pricing depends on scale, materials and access — but the starting points below are real, and every quote is fixed before work begins.
Starting rates
Single installation
A suspended piece, entry arch or stage moment for one event.
Flower wall rental
An existing wall from the studio, delivered, installed and collected.
Custom branded wall
A wall built to your brand, sized to the camera, yours to keep or re-rent.
Full-room transformation
Ceiling, tables, entry and stage designed as one environment.
Multi-day or multi-venue programs
Art Week, race week or a conference across several spaces.
Final pricing depends on size, flower choice, venue access and install windows. Overnight load-ins and peak dates are quoted honestly, never padded.
Every quote includes
- Design direction and a scaled sketch or render before you commit
- Fabrication in our own Miami workshop — nothing is brokered out
- Delivery, overnight install and strike by our own crew
- Fresh, preserved or faux florals, chosen per piece for the conditions

Get a direction and a number
A designer replies within one business day with an approach and an honest range.
Lock the date
A deposit holds your install window. Peak dates — Basel, race week, peak Saturdays — go first.
