Toronto floral installations →Canada · installed by our Miami crew
We travel to Canada. Every structure, flower wall and artificial tree we build for a Canadian client is designed and fabricated in our Kendall, Miami workshop by the same five-generation team behind Formula 1 Miami, the Miami Open, the T-Mobile 5G launch in Wynwood, Chotto Matte and AT&T Stadium, then shipped north and installed under our lead designer working alongside a vetted local crew.
That is the honest model, and it is the one on every Canadian quote: we do not maintain a Canadian workshop or address, and we do not send our own hands-on installation crew across the border. Fabrication, engineering and design happen once in Kendall; the physical install is carried out under our lead designer's direction by a crew local to the city, so the work stays properly authorized and the logistics stay visible in the price.
Winter is the deciding factor on product for most Canadian work. A storefront window, hotel lobby or corporate reception that needs to hold its look through a Toronto, Montreal, Calgary or Vancouver winter is better served by premium artificial or preserved florals than by fresh product shipped across the border repeatedly. Fresh flowers still make sense for weddings and galas timed to the country's short warm season, sourced from local wholesalers once we are already on the ground.
We price in USD by default — a focal moment from $2,500, a layered room from $7,500, a fully fabricated environment from $18,000 — and we can issue a quote in CAD on request. Flower Fairy now works across the United States, Canada and Spain from one Miami-based fabrication practice.

The state's calendar is what decides whether a date is buildable. These are the seasons we plan around and the point at which a custom build has to be committed.

Calgary floral installations →Tech-conference and film-premiere activations, plus Whistler; our longest freight run, so artificial leads the recommendation.
Vancouver floral installations →FAQ
No. Flower Fairy's only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We fabricate and dry-fit every Canadian installation there, freight it north, and install it under our lead designer working with a vetted local crew — we travel to Canada rather than maintaining a Canadian address.
Our lead designer travels to direct every Canadian install, working with a vetted local crew for the physical labour. We do not send our own hands-on installation team across the border, which keeps the work properly authorized and the quote honest about who is on site.
Yes. Our published pricing anchors — a focal moment from $2,500, a layered room from $7,500, a fully fabricated environment from $18,000 — are in USD, and we issue a matching quote in CAD on request once we know the city and scope.
Toronto (with the GTA and Muskoka), Montreal (with a French-language page at /fr/montreal), Calgary (with Banff and Canmore) and Vancouver (with Whistler). Each city page names the venues, calendar and logistics specific to that market.
For anything that needs to hold through a Canadian winter — a storefront window, hotel lobby or long-run corporate reception — premium artificial or preserved florals outperform fresh product shipped across the border, since they hold their colour and form for the full season rather than needing repeat replacement.
