Which 12 floral ideas produce useful brand photographs?
Flower Fairy uses 12 design directions to connect visitor portraits, product close-ups and wider brand photographs. These are proposed formats, not twelve completed show projects or a rental catalogue. Choose the photograph first, then decide where flowers belong in the stand footprint. A sponsor logo needs a readable position; a product needs handling space; an interview needs a background that does not compete with a face. Each direction below identifies its photograph and the practical check that keeps it useful. Combining every idea usually makes the booth less clear; prioritise the views that support the event objective.
| Idea | Photo it produces | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Logo flower wall | Visitor portrait with a readable logo | Test logo height behind people rather than an empty wall. |
| Floral product plinth | Close-up showing product scale | Keep flowers outside controls and handling zones. |
| Suspended botanical frame | Wide shot connecting booth and ceiling | Verify supports and technical approval before design. |
| Reusable green interview wall | Quiet interview background | Plan lighting and the camera’s real distance. |
| Asymmetric floral entrance | Arrival photo with a sense of place | Keep registration and access visible. |
| Botanical meeting corner | Conversation photograph without clutter | Leave faces visible across the table. |
| Floral vitrine surround | Product detail through clear glass | Test reflections and avoid covering the display. |
| Camera-facing photo moment | Guest portrait in the brand palette | Plan queue location and clear circulation. |
| Floral launch reveal | Reveal photograph with a product focal point | Coordinate timing with technical teams. |
| Modular botanical aisle edge | Wide booth view with a distinct boundary | Keep the footprint inside approved limits. |
| Hotel brand-party installation | Social photograph connecting guests and venue | Verify the hotel’s separate access rules. |
| Exterior UV-protected botanical moment | Outdoor brand photograph in natural light | Review sun, weather and anchoring separately. |
How do you choose the right combination for one booth?
Flower Fairy recommends selecting three photographic priorities before combining formats: the visitor, the product and the wider environment. If the campaign needs interviews, begin with sound and camera access rather than a dense wall. If the product is handled, keep floral out of the work zone. A ceiling piece can connect a larger room but requires a separate technical approval. Write the desired image beside each feature on the plan and remove pieces that have no defined job. The resulting brief is easier for an agency to approve and easier for a stand builder to coordinate; it remains a custom commission, not a guaranteed package.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Visitor | Readable portrait |
| Product | Clear detail |
| Environment | Coherent wide shot |
What belongs in a complete exhibitor brief?
Flower Fairy asks for six essentials before quoting: show and location, stand plan, dimensions, brand assets, installation window and strike window. Add the desired photograph and describe what visitors should do near the floral. Tell us whether you are the exhibitor, agency or stand builder and identify the person approving technical changes. Include access constraints, fresh or artificial preferences and a budget that covers production rather than flowers alone. A complete brief prevents separate teams designing conflicting supports. Share the venue’s current exhibitor instructions rather than a manual from a previous edition; official requirements and the organiser’s accepted documentation should be checked for the actual space.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Brand | Approved logo, colors and photo objective |
| Technical | Plan, dimensions and contractor contact |
| Schedule | Written install and strike access |
When should fabrication, installation and strike be planned?
Flower Fairy’s standard practice is a written quote within 48 hours of a complete brief and booking 6–8 weeks ahead. These are studio planning practices, not a guarantee of capacity or a show deadline. Our intended workflow is installation during an approved build-up day and strike on the agreed same night, where the venue allows it. Confirm those windows before production; do not infer them from public show dates. The stand builder, agency and exhibitor should approve one sequence, including when the product demo is ready and when furniture arrives. Travel, loading and storage need their own written lines so a delay does not become a hidden assumption.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Before production | Scope, approval and material documents |
| Build-up | Install within the authorised window |
| Strike | Agreed removal and freight destination |
How do we check interior safety and exterior suitability?
Flower Fairy supplies fire-retardant certification for its interior materials and UV protection for exterior specifications. Those are two different material decisions, not universal venue approval. Ask the venue which documents it requires, who reviews them and whether the installation needs additional structural or electrical information. No fire class is asserted here. UV protection does not establish wind resistance, weatherproofing or permission to place a support on a terrace. Describe sunlight, rain exposure, heat sources and guest contact. For a hanging piece, confirm approved supports and the technical lead separately. The certificate belongs with the material schedule and should be revisited if the approved material changes.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Interior | Material certificate accepted by the venue |
| Exterior | UV plus weather and anchoring review |
| Suspended work | Technical approval of the support |
What should the written proposal make clear?
Flower Fairy separates three decisions in the written proposal: what is fabricated, what is installed and what happens after the event. List dimensions, floral mix, approved branding, support and scope of crew work. Identify delivery, venue-related access, travel, removal and storage where applicable. If the agency provides the logo or the stand builder provides a support, name that responsibility instead of leaving a gap between quotes. The existing planning bands are not a final show quote. Written approval fixes the production scope and price before work begins, with changes agreed explicitly. This is how an exhibitor can compare complete proposals without mistaking a material-only price for an installed activation.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Build | Dimensions, materials and branding |
| Install | Crew, access, travel and schedule |
| After event | Strike, reuse and storage responsibility |

Frequently asked
Do you work with our stand builder?+
Yes. Flower Fairy subcontracts to stand builders and agencies, with six floral formats and in-house fabrication. We coordinate the brief with your technical lead.
Have you supplied this show before?+
No. Flower Fairy has not exhibited at or supplied the listed shows. Formula 1 Miami and T-Mobile are verified Miami projects, not proof of work at these events.
Can you promise venue approval?+
No. Flower Fairy supplies its interior material certificate; the exhibitor must verify acceptance, outside-contractor access and authorised installation windows with the venue and organiser.
