What are the existing Flower Fairy planning price bands?
Flower Fairy uses three existing business bands to begin a scope conversation, not a special trade-show price list. A focal moment, a layered room and a fabricated environment are different production briefs, even when the exhibitor describes each as booth decoration. Compare the actual footprint, the number of camera views and whether a new support structure is required. The planning table below comes from the shared business configuration. It is not a binding quote for Barcelona, Madrid or a US convention hall. The final proposal must identify access, installation, removal and travel rather than quietly applying a local Miami wall-delivery assumption to an overseas show.
For US commissions, Flower Fairy's existing focal, room and environment bands are $2,500, $7,500 and $18,000. Travel is itemised; these figures are not a Las Vegas or Austin delivery tariff.
| Scope | Planning reference |
|---|---|
| Focal piece | €2,500 |
| Layered room | €8,000 |
| Fabricated environment | €15,000 |
Why does the same flower wall cost differently at two venues?
Flower Fairy compares five production drivers: dimensions, material, structure, access and the installation and strike windows. The visible flowers may look alike while the work behind them changes substantially. A ground-level hotel photo wall with a simple loading route is not the same delivery as a convention-hall installation with restricted access and a short work window. Ask for scope differences before assuming that one supplier is overcharging. A logo might be supplied by the agency or manufactured as part of the commission; those are different lines. Compare written totals and exclusions, not a panel-only number or a photograph without dimensions.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | Installed width, depth and support |
| Access | Loading route and authorised crew window |
| Removal | Strike, packing and freight destination |
How can an exhibitor control cost without hiding production?
Flower Fairy can concentrate a brief on two high-impact views: an aisle-facing brand moment and a product or meeting background. That is a scope choice, not a discount promise. Remove features that do not help the visitor or camera before reducing the quality of the important ones. Reusable artificial modules can be evaluated against storage and transport, while fresh accents can be limited to positions where visitors see them closely. Do not assume a reusable panel eliminates installation labor. The stand builder still needs a safe support and a coherent loading plan; future reuse needs an owner, packaging and a location to store it.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| First priority | One readable brand photograph |
| Second priority | Product or meeting background |
| Future use | Storage, packing and refurbishment plan |
What belongs in a complete exhibitor brief?
Flower Fairy asks for six essentials before quoting: show and location, stand plan, dimensions, brand assets, installation window and strike window. Add the desired photograph and describe what visitors should do near the floral. Tell us whether you are the exhibitor, agency or stand builder and identify the person approving technical changes. Include access constraints, fresh or artificial preferences and a budget that covers production rather than flowers alone. A complete brief prevents separate teams designing conflicting supports. Share the venue’s current exhibitor instructions rather than a manual from a previous edition; official requirements and the organiser’s accepted documentation should be checked for the actual space.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Brand | Approved logo, colors and photo objective |
| Technical | Plan, dimensions and contractor contact |
| Schedule | Written install and strike access |
When should fabrication, installation and strike be planned?
Flower Fairy’s standard practice is a written quote within 48 hours of a complete brief and booking 6–8 weeks ahead. These are studio planning practices, not a guarantee of capacity or a show deadline. Our intended workflow is installation during an approved build-up day and strike on the agreed same night, where the venue allows it. Confirm those windows before production; do not infer them from public show dates. The stand builder, agency and exhibitor should approve one sequence, including when the product demo is ready and when furniture arrives. Travel, loading and storage need their own written lines so a delay does not become a hidden assumption.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Before production | Scope, approval and material documents |
| Build-up | Install within the authorised window |
| Strike | Agreed removal and freight destination |
How do we check interior safety and exterior suitability?
Flower Fairy supplies fire-retardant certification for its interior materials and UV protection for exterior specifications. Those are two different material decisions, not universal venue approval. Ask the venue which documents it requires, who reviews them and whether the installation needs additional structural or electrical information. No fire class is asserted here. UV protection does not establish wind resistance, weatherproofing or permission to place a support on a terrace. Describe sunlight, rain exposure, heat sources and guest contact. For a hanging piece, confirm approved supports and the technical lead separately. The certificate belongs with the material schedule and should be revisited if the approved material changes.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Interior | Material certificate accepted by the venue |
| Exterior | UV plus weather and anchoring review |
| Suspended work | Technical approval of the support |
What should the written proposal make clear?
Flower Fairy separates three decisions in the written proposal: what is fabricated, what is installed and what happens after the event. List dimensions, floral mix, approved branding, support and scope of crew work. Identify delivery, venue-related access, travel, removal and storage where applicable. If the agency provides the logo or the stand builder provides a support, name that responsibility instead of leaving a gap between quotes. The existing planning bands are not a final show quote. Written approval fixes the production scope and price before work begins, with changes agreed explicitly. This is how an exhibitor can compare complete proposals without mistaking a material-only price for an installed activation.
| Decision | Planning check |
|---|---|
| Build | Dimensions, materials and branding |
| Install | Crew, access, travel and schedule |
| After event | Strike, reuse and storage responsibility |

Frequently asked
Do you work with our stand builder?+
Yes. Flower Fairy subcontracts to stand builders and agencies, with six floral formats and in-house fabrication. We coordinate the brief with your technical lead.
Have you supplied this show before?+
No. Flower Fairy has not exhibited at or supplied the listed shows. Formula 1 Miami and T-Mobile are verified Miami projects, not proof of work at these events.
Can you promise venue approval?+
No. Flower Fairy supplies its interior material certificate; the exhibitor must verify acceptance, outside-contractor access and authorised installation windows with the venue and organiser.
