Flower Fairy is a five-generation family floral installation studio with a Miami workshop and a shop in La Zubia, Granada. We fabricate in-house and travel for the agreed project; no local office or show affiliation is claimed.

Fabrication and sourcing

Flower Fairy designs and fabricates in-house. The proposal identifies fresh and artificial materials, reusable modules and the actual freight route.

Permits and venue approvals

Ask show management and the venue about outside contractors, fire-retardant documents, rigging, insurance and build-up and strike windows. Flower Fairy supplies certification for its interior materials; approval is not assumed.

Climate and floral specification

Salt Lake City dry air and winter transport temperatures affect fresh material and packing. Indoor convention pieces need certificates and venue approval; outdoor placements require UV protection plus a separate wind, cold and anchoring review.

Do you work with my stand builder?

Yes. Flower Fairy subcontracts to stand builders and agencies while keeping its design and fabrication in-house. We coordinate six floral formats with the booth plan and technical lead.

Have you supplied Silicon Slopes Summit before?

No. Flower Fairy has not exhibited at or supplied Silicon Slopes Summit. Verified projects include Formula 1 Miami, Miami Open and T-Mobile; those are not projects at this show.

How early should I ask for a written quote?

Flower Fairy's standard practice is a written quote within 48 hours of a complete brief and booking 6–8 weeks ahead. Availability and delivery are confirmed in writing; these are not show-imposed deadlines.

Do you provide fire-retardant certification and UV protection?

Yes. Flower Fairy supplies the certificate for its interior materials and UV protection for the exterior specification. Verify the documentation accepted by Salt Palace Convention Center for your installation; no unverified fire class is asserted.

Does the written quote include installation and strike?

Flower Fairy scopes installation, strike, transport, access and any travel in the written proposal. Our standard practice is build-up-day installation and agreed same-night strike, subject to authorised venue windows.

Do you have a Salt Lake City studio?

No. Flower Fairy's US studio is in Miami; its Spain shop is in La Zubia, Granada. Our crew travels from the Miami studio; travel is itemised in the written quote.
