Formula 1 Miami — hospitality florals under race-weekend conditions
Race weekend is the hardest production calendar Miami offers: credentialed access, a load-in window measured in hours, temperatures that punish fresh stems, and suites that have to look finished before the first guest walks in.
Date and venue for this project are still being confirmed with the client, so they are intentionally left off the page rather than estimated.
Public event record: The 2025 Miami Grand Prix ran May 2–4 at Miami International Autodrome in Miami Gardens. Flower Fairy's specific scope, install date, and project photography are being confirmed.

- Brief
- Dress hospitality environments to a premium standard inside a locked-down production schedule, with no opportunity to return mid-weekend for major remedial work.
- Build
- Everything pre-built and crated in our Kendall workshop so on-site time is assembly, not fabrication. Heat-tolerant specification throughout, with premium faux carrying structural elements and fresh reserved for close-contact surfaces. One crew, one truck, credentialed and briefed on the access route before the day.
- Result
- Suites and hospitality spaces finished ahead of guest arrival, holding through a full weekend of heat and traffic without a rebuild.
