How much does a trade-show floral activation cost?
Flower Fairy shows three existing planning bands, from €2,500; these are not show tariffs or a quote for your booth. Scope, access and travel are confirmed in writing.

Every Flower Fairy project is designed around the space, floral mix, fabrication, access, installation window and location. Your written proposal confirms the final production price before work begins.
Prices exclude IVA (Spanish VAT); IVA is applied as appropriate on each invoice.
What do exhibitors ask before booking?
Flower Fairy answers 5 planning questions, separating studio practice from organiser requirements.
Are all 2028 editions confirmed?+
No. Flower Fairy separates organiser-published dates from pending editions. Inclusion for project planning does not confirm that a show will take place in 2028.
Will the 2027 city and venue stay the same?+
Flower Fairy lists previous city and venue information as context only. Confirm the 2028 location with the organiser before finalising freight, dimensions or installation.
Can we plan a booth before dates are announced?+
Yes. Flower Fairy can study six floral formats and reuse with your agency; dates, availability and access are agreed in writing only after organiser confirmation.
