Stadium-scale installation

AT&T Stadium — floral built to the scale of the room

Nothing table-height survives a building like this. The ceiling is 300 feet at its peak and the video board is longer than most rooms we work in, so floral either gets engineered up to the architecture or it disappears. Everything we brought was built to be read from a hundred feet and then again from arm's length.

Studio record: Flower Fairy built for AT&T at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on May 15, 2021. The hospitality area breakdown and cleared project photography are still being pulled from the studio archive, so the imagery below is our own installation work rather than documentation of this build.

Brief
Give a stadium hospitality moment a floral presence that holds its own against the building — photographable for the client's channels, safe under crowd load, and installed inside a fixed, badged load-in window.
Build
Freestanding towers and wall-format work on our own welded armature, ballasted rather than anchored so nothing touched the building's finishes. Structures were dry-fitted in Miami, broken down for freight, and rebuilt on site. Premium faux carried the mass for hold and weight; fresh product was bought through Texas wholesalers the day before install.
Result
A floral moment that read from the concourse and still rewarded a close-up, struck cleanly inside the venue's window with no marks left on the building.

Scope of work

  • Engineered freestanding structures sized to stadium sightlines
  • Ballasted mechanics — no anchoring into venue finishes
  • Miami fabrication, freight to Texas, crew flown in
  • Load-in and strike inside the venue's badged window
