Restaurant floral installation
Chotto Matte — florals built for a room that works every night
Restaurant work has a constraint no event has: the room has to open for service. The install happens between covers, the mechanics have to disappear from every seat in the house, and the piece has to look the same on night forty as it did on night one.
Date and venue for this project are still being confirmed with the client, so they are intentionally left off the page rather than estimated.
Public venue record: Chotto Matte's first U.S. location debuted at 1111 Lincoln Road in April 2018. Flower Fairy's specific scope, install date, and project photography are being confirmed.

- Brief
- Give the dining room a signature look that photographs well from guest seats and the street, without adding a maintenance burden to the front-of-house team or interrupting service.
- Build
- Overhead floral work carried on our own suspended armature, weighted and rigged so nothing loads the ceiling finish, with sightlines checked from banquette height as well as standing. Premium faux carries the structure so colour holds for months, with fresh accents where guests are close enough to notice.
- Result
- A room that reads as a destination in guest photography and holds its look through a long run, refreshed on a schedule rather than rebuilt.
