Festival brand environment
We Belong Here — a floral environment guests wanted to stand inside
A festival footprint is a hard brief: the piece has to be findable from a distance, survive a crowd and a weather window, and give people a reason to stop rather than walk past a branded sign.
Date and venue for this project are still being confirmed with the client, so they are intentionally left off the page rather than estimated.
Public event record: The 2025 Miami edition ran March 1–2 at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. Flower Fairy's specific scope, install date, and project photography are being confirmed.

- Brief
- Turn a festival footprint into a destination on the floor — somewhere guests wanted to find, stay in, and photograph on their own without being prompted.
- Build
- A layered floral environment with a strong silhouette readable from across the grounds and an open, approachable entry. Built on our own modular armature so it could be crated in, assembled inside a short access window, and struck without damaging the ground.
- Result
- The activation worked as both a gathering point on the floor and a flexible content set that held up across changing daylight, night lighting and crowd density.
Scope of work
- Environment design sized to the festival footprint
- Modular armature fabrication and crating in our workshop
- Weather-tolerant floral specification for an outdoor Miami run
- Overnight install inside the production access window, plus strike
