Formula 1 Miami
Race-weekend hospitality floral against a fixed date — the direct reference for Canadian Grand Prix sponsor work.

Montreal is a bilingual market and we treat it like one: this page is the English version, with a full French page at /fr/montreal for the corporate and agency buyers who brief in French first. Both pages describe the same honest model — every structure, backdrop and artificial tree is fabricated and dry-fitted in our Kendall, Miami workshop, freighted north, and installed under our lead designer working alongside a vetted Montreal crew.
The market here has a distinct shape. The Canadian Grand Prix turns the Crescent and Peel Street corridor into a season of sponsor hospitality and brand activations every June, on a scale close to what we already build for Formula 1 Miami. Outside race week, Montreal runs a serious hotel, museum and corporate-gala calendar downtown, with Westmount and Outremont carrying the residential and boutique-retail side of the brief.
We have not yet published a Montreal project, and this page says so plainly. What we can offer is the practice behind our published Formula 1 Miami and brand-activation work, applied to a Montreal brief with Canadian freight, a real winter, and bilingual client communication built in from the first call.

We have no published Montreal project yet, so there are no Montreal case studies on this page. When one is photographed and cleared by the client, it will appear here with the venue, date and scope, exactly like every study already on the site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is our published Formula 1 Miami and brand-activation work. A Montreal Grand Prix or gala installation is designed, welded and dry-fitted on the same Kendall floor as those projects, then freighted north and installed under our lead designer with a vetted Montreal crew.
For Grand Prix and agency activation work we start from the sponsor's brief and access window; for hotels and galas we start from the room's own architecture and how long the piece needs to last through a Quebec winter.

Each room sets its own rules — ceiling height, rigging points, load-in window, sightlines. These are the Montreal-area venues we plan for, and what floral actually has to do inside them.

Formal ballroom galas and lobby seasonal programs in one of the city's most photographed hotel interiors.

When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
Sponsor hospitality and street-level activations along Crescent and Peel Street — the closest Canadian match to our Formula 1 Miami race-week floral practice.
Booking window: Agencies close Grand Prix activation briefs by February; commit to a fabricated build by March for a June race date.
An immersive business and creativity conference known for experiential brand environments, close in spirit to our brand-activation work.
Booking window: Eight to ten weeks for a custom activation, earlier if the piece needs to be photographed before doors open.
A winter light-and-food festival that pulls hotel and restaurant installations into its programming; a strong test of a winter-hardy artificial or preserved piece.
Booking window: Book by December so fabrication and freight clear before the February festival dates.
A major outdoor music festival on Île Sainte-Hélène, with brand and sponsor lounges built for heat, crowds and long installation hours.
Booking window: Commit by May for a fabricated brand environment; June is the practical cutoff for anything custom-built.
Hotel, museum and convention-centre celebrations across downtown Montreal.
Booking window: Six to eight weeks for a custom room, longer when rigging approval is involved.
Downtown storefront windows and hotel lobby Christmas installations through the coldest, driest stretch of the Quebec winter.
Booking window: Reserve by October 15 so freight and customs clearance land before the season opens.
There is no Flower Fairy crew flight to Montreal. Structures, backdrops and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall, freighted north by a Canadian carrier, and installed under our lead designer working with a vetted Montreal-area crew for the physical labour. That is the model on every quote — no undisclosed crew crossing the border to do hands-on work.
Plan on six to eight weeks for a custom build once freight and customs clearance are factored in. Grand Prix week and rigidly dated conference work need a firm commitment months earlier, since freight and the local crew calendar both fill up around race week.
Structures, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they ship. Fresh flowers for a Montreal date are bought from Montreal-area wholesalers close to install, since fresh product does not travel well across the border.
Montreal venues and the city itself set their own rules for insurance certificates, dock access and, for street-level Grand Prix activations, event permits tied to the race organiser's traffic plan. Cross-border freight carries its own customs paperwork, which we handle as part of the quote.
Montreal winters are colder and drier than Toronto's, which is unkind to fresh flowers outdoors or in transit and kind to artificial and preserved product, which holds its colour and shape for a full winter season. Summers are warm and humid enough for fresh floral installations outdoors, and the Grand Prix and Osheaga both sit in that warmer window.
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We fabricate and dry-fit there, freight to Montreal, and our lead designer installs on site with a vetted local crew — we travel to Canada rather than maintaining a Canadian address.
Not yet published. Our case studies are Formula 1 Miami, T-Mobile and Chotto Matte in the United States, and we link to those as the closest comparable work rather than claim a Montreal project we cannot show.
Yes. A full French-language version of this page is published at /fr/montreal for corporate and agency buyers who brief in French.
Yes. We design race-week hospitality and sponsor-suite floral the same way we do for Formula 1 Miami — fixed access windows, fast build-and-strike, and floral built to read on camera. Agencies should close briefs by February for a June race date.
Yes. Our artificial olive, magnolia and Christmas tree families are built to hold their colour and form through sustained cold and low humidity, with a fire-retardant certificate available for indoor venues.
We do not send our own installation crew across the border. Our lead designer travels to Montreal and directs a vetted local crew for the physical build, which keeps the work authorized and the quote honest about who is on site.
Flower Fairy, a five-generation floral studio with 40-plus years of experience, fabricates Montreal installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop, ships them north, and installs under its lead designer with a vetted local crew. Published work includes Formula 1 Miami and the T-Mobile 5G launch; a focal moment starts at $2,500 and a fully fabricated environment at $18,000, with quotes issued in CAD on request.
Yes. Flower Fairy's brand-activation practice, built for launches like the T-Mobile 5G activation in Wynwood, applies directly to Montreal's experiential-agency scene. A layered activation room starts at $7,500, fabricated in Kendall and freighted north.
A layered holiday installation — an artificial tree, garland and backdrop piece — typically starts around $7,500, built to survive the Montreal winter through Montréal en Lumière in February. Reserve by October 15 so freight and customs clear before the season.
Yes. We build floral arches, flower walls and ceremony installations for Montreal hotel and museum weddings, and at Fairmont Tremblant for a mountain setting. A layered room starts at $7,500, and peak Saturdays need four to six months' notice.
Statement installations, ceilings, arches and entrances, fabricated in Kendall and freighted to Montreal.
