Vancouver is the longest haul on our Canadian map — roughly the width of the continent from our Kendall, Miami workshop — and this page is built around that honestly rather than around it. Structures, flower walls and artificial trees are designed and dry-fitted in Kendall, then shipped west and installed under our lead designer working alongside a vetted Vancouver crew. We do not send our own installation crew across the border, and we do not pretend the distance is smaller than it is.
Downtown Vancouver runs a tech-conference, film-industry and luxury-hotel calendar; West Vancouver and the Alberni-Robson retail corridor carry the boutique and residential side of the brief; Whistler, ninety minutes north, runs its own resort and destination-wedding season against the mountains. One page covers all three because they share one freight and install trip.
We have not yet published a Vancouver project, and this page says so plainly. Given the distance from Miami, the honest product recommendation for most Vancouver work is fully artificial or preserved — built once in Kendall, shipped once, and installed without the risk of fresh product travelling across the entire country before it ever reaches the venue.

We have no published Vancouver project yet, so there are no Vancouver case studies on this page. When one is photographed and cleared by the client, it will appear here with the venue, date and scope, exactly like every study already on the site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is our published brand-activation and hospitality work. A Vancouver installation is designed, welded and dry-fitted on the same Kendall floor as our T-Mobile 5G launch and Formula 1 Miami projects, then shipped across the country and installed under our lead designer with a vetted local crew.
For conferences and premieres we start from the venue's access window and camera angles; for storefronts and lobbies we start from the fact that the piece has to last a full season without a second shipment, which is why artificial and preserved product leads the recommendation here.

Each room sets its own rules — ceiling height, rigging points, load-in window, sightlines. These are the Vancouver-area venues we plan for, and what floral actually has to do inside them.
Hotel
A downtown waterfront hotel for galas and launches, where a floral piece is designed against floor-to-ceiling harbour views.
Hotel
A restored heritage hotel downtown, suited to a formal, historic-feeling floral installation.
Hotel
The city's tallest hotel tower, hosting galas and launches in event floors designed around dramatic city views.
Convention center
Waterfront exhibit halls for Web Summit Vancouver and general-session builds, planned around published room specifications.
Museum event venue
Private events inside a landmark downtown gallery, where floral placement follows the museum's own rules.
Museum event venue
A distinctive architectural setting for galas and receptions, where floral is designed to complement the building's scale.
Historic event venue
A heritage mansion and gardens for weddings and formal events, suited to a classic floral arch or ceremony installation.
Historic event venue
A waterfront heritage venue for smaller weddings and private dinners.
Retail district
Storefront windows where a durable artificial or preserved installation earns its keep through a wet coastal winter.
Resort
A mountain-scale resort for weddings and corporate retreats, timed to Whistler's short, busy summer season.
Resort
A ski-in resort for winter corporate events and summer weddings against the same alpine backdrop.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
A major tech conference at the Vancouver Convention Centre with large sponsor and brand-activation builds.
Booking window: Book by February so fabrication, cross-country freight and customs are all on the calendar ahead of the late-May dates.
Premiere-night florals and brand-lounge installations across downtown festival venues.
Booking window: Eight to ten weeks for a custom activation, earlier for a premiere piece that needs to be photographed before doors open.
Mountain-resort weddings at Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons Resort Whistler, run on a short, high-demand alpine summer.
Booking window: Six to nine months for a peak summer Saturday, given how far in advance these resorts book.
Hotel and convention-centre galas across downtown Vancouver.
Booking window: Eight weeks minimum for a custom room, extended for cross-country freight timing.
Downtown Vancouver and West Vancouver storefront and lobby installations through the wet, mild coastal winter.
Booking window: Reserve by October 1 given this is the longest freight run on our Canadian map.
There is no Flower Fairy crew flight to Vancouver. Structures, backdrops and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall, freighted across the country by a Canadian carrier, and installed under our lead designer with a vetted Vancouver-area crew handling the physical build. Whistler adds mountain-road transport time to the same trip.
Plan on eight to ten weeks for a custom build given the length of the freight run and customs clearance, longer than any of our other Canadian markets. Re-dressing an artificial tree or flower wall already shipped and stored locally moves faster.
Structures, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they ship; because Vancouver is so far from Miami, artificial and preserved product is the default recommendation for anything that needs to last. Fresh flowers, when a wedding or gala calls for them, are bought from Vancouver-area wholesalers close to install rather than shipped fresh.
Vancouver venues set their own insurance, dock and fire-code rules, and Whistler resort properties add their own vendor and access requirements. Cross-border freight for this distance carries its own customs paperwork, handled as part of the quote.
Vancouver's winters are mild but wet, which is manageable for fresh flowers briefly outdoors but hard on anything left exposed for a full season — a strong argument for artificial and preserved product on any long-run storefront or lobby installation. Whistler's alpine summer is short and cool even in July, so mountain-resort florals are specified for cooler evenings than a typical June–September wedding season elsewhere.
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We fabricate and dry-fit there, freight to Vancouver, and our lead designer installs on site with a vetted local crew — we travel to Canada rather than maintaining a Canadian address.
Not yet published. Our case studies are Formula 1 Miami, the Miami Open and the T-Mobile 5G launch in the United States, and we link to those as the closest comparable work rather than claim a Vancouver project we cannot show.
Vancouver is the farthest Canadian market from our Kendall workshop, so fresh product loses value over that distance. A shipped artificial or preserved installation holds its form for the life of the piece, which is the honest recommendation for storefronts, lobbies and long-run brand environments here.
Yes. We design conference and premiere-night brand environments the way we do for our T-Mobile 5G launch work, fabricated in Kendall and freighted to Vancouver. Book Web Summit activations by February given the length of the freight run.
Yes. Whistler is planned on the same freight trip as Vancouver, with extra mountain-road transport time and a floral specification adjusted for cooler alpine evenings.
We do not send our own installation crew across the border. Our lead designer travels to Vancouver and directs a vetted local crew for the physical build, which keeps the work authorized and the quote honest about who is on site.
Flower Fairy, a five-generation floral studio with 40-plus years of experience, fabricates Vancouver installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop, ships them across the country, and installs under its lead designer with a vetted local crew. Published work includes Formula 1 Miami and the T-Mobile 5G launch; a focal moment starts at $2,500 and a fully fabricated environment at $18,000, with quotes issued in CAD on request.
A layered artificial storefront or lobby installation typically starts around $7,500, fabricated in Kendall and shipped to Vancouver. Given this is our longest freight run, reserve by October 1 for a holiday-season installation.
Yes. We build ceremony arches, flower walls and reception installations for Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons Resort Whistler, specified for the cool alpine summer evenings. Peak summer Saturdays need six to nine months' notice given how far ahead these resorts book.
Plan on eight to ten weeks for a custom build, longer than any of our other Canadian markets, because the freight and customs timeline across the country is the longest we quote. We tell clients that lead time up front rather than compressing it later.
