Toronto is the first Canadian market we are building properly, and we say plainly how the work reaches it: every structure, backdrop and artificial tree is designed and fabricated in our Kendall, Miami workshop, dry-fitted on our own floor, then shipped north and installed under our lead designer working with a vetted local crew. We do not pretend to have a Toronto studio, and we do not send our own crew across the border to do the physical install — that is the honest model, and it is the one we quote.
The city itself is not one district. Bloor-Yorkville carries the luxury retail and hotel calendar; the financial core around the Metro Toronto Convention Centre carries conferences and general sessions; the west end and the Distillery District carry weddings and brand launches with more industrial architecture. Muskoka, ninety minutes north, is a different brief again — cottage-country resorts and lakeside weddings running on their own summer calendar. One page covers all of it because one fabrication plan and one freight schedule serves the whole trip.
We have not yet published a Toronto project, and this page will not claim one. What we can offer instead is the practice behind our published work — Formula 1 Miami, the Miami Open, the T-Mobile 5G launch in Wynwood, Chotto Matte, and AT&T Stadium — applied to a Toronto brief with Canadian freight, Canadian winter, and Canadian venue rules built into the plan from the first conversation.
How we serve Toronto
We have no published Toronto project yet, so there are no Toronto case studies on this page. When one is photographed and cleared by the client, it will appear here with the venue, date and scope, exactly like every study already on the site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is the work we have published from our Kendall workshop. A Toronto installation is designed, welded, wrapped and dry-fitted on the same floor as Formula 1 Miami and the T-Mobile 5G launch, then freighted north and installed under our lead designer with a vetted Toronto crew.
For corporate and convention work we start from the venue's specifications and dock schedule; for hotels, retail and residential clients we start from how long the piece needs to last through a Canadian winter, which usually decides between fresh, faux, preserved or a mix.

When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
Yorkville holiday windows
Mid-November – JanuaryStorefront and lobby holiday installations through Bloor-Yorkville's luxury retail corridor, mostly artificial trees and preserved arrangements built to hold through a Canadian winter.
Booking window: For 2026, reserve by October 15 so fabrication, freight and border clearance are all on the calendar before the season starts.

Logistics for a Toronto install
Crew and travel
There is no Flower Fairy crew flight to Toronto. Structures, backdrops and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall, then freighted north by a Canadian carrier ahead of the install date. Our lead designer travels to oversee the build, working with a vetted Toronto-area crew for the physical labour, so the quote is honest about what crosses the border and who is on site.
Lead time
Plan on six to eight weeks for a custom build once freight and customs clearance are counted, longer than a domestic U.S. market. Re-dressing a rented flower wall or an artificial tree already in Canadian inventory moves faster.
Fabrication and sourcing
Structures, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they ship. Fresh flowers for a Toronto date are sourced from wholesalers in the Greater Toronto Area close to install, rather than shipped fresh from Miami, because fresh stock does not survive a border crossing well.
Permits and venue approvals
Canadian venues set their own rules — certificates of insurance, dock reservations, elevator bookings and, for indoor pieces, fire documentation for the local fire code. Cross-border freight requires its own customs paperwork and carnet or commercial invoice depending on the shipment, which we handle as part of the quote rather than leaving to the client.
Climate and floral specification
Toronto winters run well below freezing with low humidity, which is hard on fresh flowers in transit and outdoors, and kind to artificial and preserved product, which holds its form and colour for a full season. Summers are warm and humid enough for fresh floral work outdoors, but Muskoka's season is short, so outdoor Muskoka installs are scheduled tightly around June through September.
Toronto questions, answered honestly
Do you have a Toronto studio?
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We design and fabricate there, freight the finished pieces to Toronto, and our lead designer installs on site with a vetted local crew — we travel to Canada, we do not maintain a Canadian address.
Have you done projects in Toronto before?
Not yet published. Our case studies are in the United States — Formula 1 Miami, the Miami Open, T-Mobile and AT&T Stadium — and we link to the closest comparable work on this page rather than claim a Toronto project we cannot show.
Do you rent flower walls and floral backdrops in Toronto?
Yes. Flower walls and backdrops can be custom built in Kendall, freighted to Toronto and installed by our lead designer with a local crew, then collected after the event. Availability depends on your date and freight lead time.
Can you provide artificial trees for a Yorkville storefront or a Toronto hotel lobby?
Yes. We offer artificial cherry blossom and flowering trees, olive and green trees, and Christmas trees to buy or rent, built to hold their form through a Canadian winter, with a fire-retardant certificate available for indoor venues.
Do you cover Muskoka and the wider GTA?
Yes. Mississauga and the 905 corridor are planned on the same freight trip as downtown Toronto, and Muskoka lakeside resorts are covered as a separate summer-season brief, ninety minutes north.
Can you legally send a crew to install in Canada?
We do not send our own installation crew across the border. Our lead designer travels to Toronto and directs a vetted local crew for the physical build, which keeps the work authorized and the quote honest about who is on site.
