A brand environment built to camera, the kind of statement piece a Broadway pop-up during CMA Fest asks for.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing corporate and event economies in the Southeast, and its floral market has grown around fresh, cut-flower weddings rather than fabricated brand environments. We fill the gap on the fabrication side: structures — arches, suspended ceilings, branded backdrops — are designed, welded and dry-fitted in our Kendall, Miami workshop, then freighted to Nashville and installed by the crew that built them.
This page covers Nashville together with Franklin, the historic town just south of the city that carries much of the region's estate-wedding and corporate-retreat business. The two sit close enough on I-65 that one crew trip usually serves an event in either.
We have not yet published a Nashville project, and this page says so plainly. The market here runs on Broadway pop-ups, a bachelorette and corporate-retreat economy, and destination weddings at estate venues like Cheekwood — and we describe honestly what we can build for those rooms, not work we have not done.

We have no published Nashville project yet, so this page does not show local case studies. When one is photographed and cleared, it will appear here with the venue, date and scope, on the same standard as every study already on the site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is the work we have already published: a brand launch for T-Mobile built to camera, ongoing floral for Chotto Matte, and race-weekend hospitality for Formula 1 Miami. A Nashville installation is designed, welded, wrapped and dry-fitted on the same Kendall floor as those projects, then freighted and installed by the crew that built it.
For estate and garden venues we start from what the landscaping already provides; for downtown brand pop-ups we start from the load-in window and foot traffic, which usually decides how the piece is built to withstand a week of Broadway crowds.

Each room sets its own rules — ceiling height, rigging points, load-in window, sightlines. These are the Nashville-area venues we plan for, and what floral actually has to do inside them.
Garden and estate venue
A floral-first venue for the Swan Ball and garden weddings, where our work adds one architectural statement rather than competing with existing landscaping.
Hotel
Downtown ballroom galas and lobby moments, with the hotel's dock and elevator schedule setting the install order.
Hotel
A riverfront property with a design-forward brief, suited to a clean architectural installation rather than a dense floral one.
Historic hotel
A landmark Beaux-Arts lobby where new work sits at the edges of the room rather than competing with the original architecture.
Museum event venue
Private events inside a building with its own strong identity; placement and fixings are agreed with the venue before design is locked.
Museum event venue
An Art Deco former post office used for galas and private events, where restraint suits the architecture better than volume.
Performing arts
Benefit nights such as the Symphony Ball, where lobby and stage-front work is freestanding and quick to strike between performances.
Convention center
Exhibit-hall and general-session builds planned around the venue's published room specifications, dock times and rigging rules.
Historic event venue
A restored industrial building for weddings and corporate events, with large volume that rewards a single suspended statement piece.
Farm and event venue
An outdoor farm setting for weddings and brand dinners, where freestanding structures are ballasted for open-field wind.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
A downtown week of concerts and brand activations that draws national sponsors into pop-up spaces along Broadway and around the honky-tonk district.
Booking window: Commit by April for a fabricated brand pop-up, given how quickly downtown load-in slots fill.
Nashville's signature garden gala, held on the Cheekwood estate grounds against the venue's own floral-first reputation.
Booking window: Book by March for a fabricated installation designed to complement the estate's landscaping.
A formal benefit evening at Schermerhorn Symphony Center, timed with the city's holiday and year-end gala season.
Booking window: Six to eight weeks, confirmed once the ballroom's rigging plan is approved.
National brands activate storefronts and pop-up spaces along Broadway throughout the year, tied to tourism traffic rather than a single season.
Booking window: Six weeks for a fabricated build; faster for a re-dress of an existing structure.
Cheekwood, The Factory at Franklin and Harlinsdale Farm carry most of the region's wedding and corporate-retreat bookings outside the hottest summer weeks.
Booking window: Four to six months for a peak-season Saturday; six to eight weeks for a corporate retreat.
Our crew flies into Nashville International, about twenty minutes from downtown and forty minutes from Franklin. Structures freight ahead of the crew by truck; flights, freight and crew lodging appear as their own line on the quote rather than folded into the design fee.
Six to eight weeks for a custom fabricated build in a normal month. CMA Fest week and the Swan Ball need earlier commitment because downtown load-in slots and Cheekwood's own calendar fill up quickly around those dates.
Structures, backdrops, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they leave. Fresh flowers are bought from Nashville-area wholesalers close to the install date rather than flown in, so product stays fresh from cooler to venue.
Downtown hotels and Music City Center require certificates of insurance naming the property, dock reservations and elevator bookings, confirmed before design is locked. Historic interiors such as The Hermitage Hotel and the Frist Art Museum mean freestanding structures and no fixings into original fabric. Anything on Broadway itself or in a public right-of-way follows the city's own event-permit process, which we work inside rather than apply for on a client's behalf.
Middle Tennessee runs humid summers and mild but unpredictable spring and fall weather, with sudden thunderstorms common from spring through early fall. That humidity is kind to fresh flowers indoors, but outdoor pieces at Harlinsdale Farm or a Cheekwood garden ceremony need a written weather plan and real ballast against wind gusts ahead of a storm front. Winter events run indoors almost exclusively, which is where faux and preserved material carry more of the design.
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We design and fabricate there and fly our crew to Nashville International for every installation.
Not yet published. Our case studies are in Miami, Dallas and other markets; we link the closest comparable ones on this page rather than claim Nashville work we cannot show.
Yes. We design fabricated pieces meant to complement Cheekwood's own landscaping rather than compete with it — an architectural entrance or a single garden-set statement piece rather than dense arrangements throughout the grounds.
Yes. Franklin sits about forty minutes south of downtown Nashville, close enough that one crew mobilization and freight run typically covers an event in either.
Yes, that is the kind of fabricated brand environment our workshop is built for. Commit by April so the structure can be designed, built and freighted ahead of CMA Fest week, when downtown load-in slots fill quickly.
Flower Fairy, a five-generation floral studio, designs and fabricates Nashville installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop, then flies the crew in and freights the structure ahead of the build. Published work includes Formula 1 Miami, T-Mobile and Chotto Matte; installations start at $2,500, fully fabricated environments at $18,000, and a custom build needs six to eight weeks.
