Mallorca starts with the route, not the mood board
We fabricate structural elements in Kendall, ship them ahead and send the same team to install. Fresh flowers are purchased through local wholesalers close to the wedding date. Mallorca is quoted project by project because it is an island: the freight route, receiving hours, storage and the venue's loading plan must be known before a design can be promised.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is eight kilometres from Palma and handles freight as well as passenger traffic. The Port of Palma is a general-cargo port close to the city and airport. Those official transport links establish the available gateways; they do not guarantee a delivery window. The production plan still needs a named receiver, enough time for the shipment to clear the route and a protected place for any fabricated pieces before installation.

The official hotel wedding page describes castle and garden celebrations near Calvià. Garden placement, delivery route and the hotel's preferred suppliers belong in the first venue call.
Cap Rocat
The hotel presents private events and weddings in a restored fortress within a protected natural area and heritage setting. That makes venue approval and respect for the existing architecture central to the brief.

The official Marriott wedding page lists dedicated event rooms and wedding planning. Room selection, floor protection and door dimensions determine what can arrive assembled.

When weddings take place
There is no official island-wide source that defines a single Mallorca wedding season, so we do not publish one as fact. Palma's municipal civil-wedding service does publish a narrower operational fact: its ceremonies take place on specified Fridays and Saturdays, and it does not schedule them in January, August or December. Private venues set their own calendars independently.
For floral production, the relevant dates are the couple's confirmed venue access and the latest safe receiving day for island freight. A custom project needs six to eight weeks. The schedule is counted backwards from installation, with venue approval, fabrication release, freight and local fresh-flower purchasing shown as separate milestones.

Outdoor planning without guessing at the weather
AEMET publishes municipal and maritime forecasts for the Balearic coast, including wind and wave information. We treat weather and wind as planning inputs, not promises about a particular month. For every outdoor ceremony, the planner and venue should identify the decision time, who can move the ceremony, which floral elements can transfer indoors and where they will go.
The Port of Palma's official technical profile records local wind information, which is another reason to ask the venue for the exposure of the actual terrace rather than use a generic island assumption. A freestanding piece near the coast, a garden aisle and an indoor ballroom installation are three different engineering briefs even when they share one floral palette.

Pricing and what to send
A signature piece starts at €2,500; a full room for destination weddings and galas starts at €8,000; large-format work starts at €15,000. Prices exclude IVA, applied as appropriate on each invoice.
Send the venue contract or coordinator contact, ceremony and dinner locations, access hours, room and doorway measurements, guest count, photographs, the elements that must move between spaces and the budget tier. Add the freight receiving contact and storage position. If the ceremony is outdoors, include the venue's weather decision process and the agreed indoor alternative.
Mallorca is not represented in our published project archive. The nearest honest references are our completed US work: Chotto Matte for a hospitality installation made for its room, and Formula 1 Miami for production against a fixed event window. Those studies show our process; they do not imply a Mallorca commission.
