Work that respects an operating hotel
A hotel installation is not planned like a private room. Guests still cross the lobby, the desk remains in service, lifts have limits, marble and finished timber need protection, and the removal must be as controlled as the arrival. We begin with the hotel operation: the approved route from loading point to final position, the quiet hours, the spaces that cannot be blocked and the person with authority to sign off the work.
Our structural work is designed and fabricated in the Kendall workshop, packed for the route and shipped before the crew. The same team travels to install. Fresh flowers are ordered through local wholesalers close to the date. Madrid and Asturias are our focus; other cities and resort destinations are quoted individually because freight, access and the length of the install window alter the plan.

Lobby and seasonal installations
A lobby piece has to work from the entrance, from reception and at close range. We plan its footprint around circulation and cleaning, then agree how it will be refreshed or removed. Artificial trees for lobbies and terraces are quoted project by project in Spain. Indoor venues may ask for a reaction-to-fire classification such as the old M1 class or B-s1,d0 under UNE-EN 13501-1. The hotel decides what it requires, and any certificate issued under another country's standard must be accepted by the venue before the tree is approved.
For Christmas, design closes in October and installations begin in mid-November. That is the published planning window for Spain. It gives the hotel time to approve sightlines, guest circulation and the installation schedule before production closes. A seasonal brief should also name the intended removal date and whether any element will be retained by the property.

Published budgets and booking windows
A signature piece starts at €2,500. A full room, designed for destination weddings and galas, starts at €8,000. Large-format work starts at €15,000. Prices exclude IVA; IVA is applied as appropriate on each invoice.
A custom project normally needs six to eight weeks. Allow three months for IFEMA trade fairs and peak weeks. Every quote is a fixed price covering design, production, installation and removal, as on our Spanish pages. Flower-wall rental and artificial-tree rental in Spain are confirmed project by project rather than presented as standing inventory in every city.

How a hotel project runs
1. Operational brief
Send the property, date, room plans, loading route, lift and doorway measurements, protection rules, guest-facing hours and strike window.
2. Design and technical review
We develop the visual proposal alongside footprint, access and venue documentation, then resolve comments before fabrication is released.
3. Workshop and local flowers
Fabricated elements are built and checked in Miami. Fresh flowers are purchased from local wholesalers near the install date.
4. Travelling install team
The same team that developed the work travels to install, hand over and remove it within the hotel's approved schedule.

What to send for a useful first review
Send photographs from the guest approach as well as the intended installation position. Add a dimensioned floor plan, ceiling height, lift and doorway clearances, loading information, the event schedule, the required hold period, the planned guest count and the budget tier. If the work is for a brand, include the visual identity and approval chain. If it is an artificial tree, include whether it is indoors or outdoors and the fire-documentation wording supplied by the hotel.

Can you install while the hotel remains open?
Yes, when the hotel supplies an approved loading route, work window and protection requirements. Those operating constraints are part of the design brief.
When should a Spanish hotel book Christmas florals?

Do you supply artificial lobby trees in Spain?
