Marbella is quoted as a destination, not a local branch
We do not operate a Marbella workshop and do not present a Spanish wedding portfolio that does not exist. Structural pieces are designed, fabricated and checked in Kendall, then shipped ahead. The same team travels to install, while fresh flowers are purchased through local wholesalers close to the wedding date. Marbella work is quoted project by project because the property, travel route and access hours decide the production cost.
Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is the principal verified air gateway and Aena describes it as connected to the Costa del Sol. Unlike Mallorca and Ibiza, Marbella is on the mainland, so there is no island crossing in the final route. That does not remove logistics: the hotel or estate still needs to confirm delivery access, vehicle rules, storage and the time when guest areas can be occupied by a production crew.

The official wedding page presents the resort's wedding venues and sea-facing settings. The selected room or terrace, not the resort name alone, would control the installation brief.
Cortijo Miraflores
Marbella City Council identifies this cultural centre as the setting for designated municipal civil weddings. Ceremony scheduling and municipal procedure must be completed separately from floral production.
Marbella wedding directory venues
The City Council's official wedding portal lists hotels, country houses, beach clubs and restaurants as venue categories. We use the chosen property's rules, not the category, to design the work.

A season defined by confirmed availability
Marbella's official wedding department promotes the city as a wedding destination and the Marbella Club describes itself as a venue for all seasons. Neither source establishes one universal wedding-season window for every venue. We therefore plan from the signed date and the property's operating calendar rather than publishing unsupported peak months.
Municipal civil weddings follow their own procedure: Marbella City Council says the marriage file must first be processed through the corresponding Civil Registry or notary, after which a date can be arranged with the Protocol Department for designated Fridays at Cortijo Miraflores. A private hotel ceremony or symbolic celebration follows the chosen venue's process instead.

Weather and coastal exposure are questions, not claims
AEMET publishes municipal forecasts and observed wind information for Marbella and nearby stations. We use those official forecasts close to the date, but the venue must explain the actual exposure of its lawn, terrace or beach-facing room. A sheltered courtyard and a platform facing the coast cannot share an assumed structural specification.
The contingency belongs in the design from the beginning: identify the indoor alternative, the elements that can move, the route between spaces, the decision deadline and the person empowered to make it. If the work stays outside, the venue confirms ballast, surface protection and any restrictions. Weather is treated as a planning topic without promising conditions for a season or date.

Price tiers and the information we need
Published Spain tiers apply: signature piece from €2,500; full room for destination weddings and galas from €8,000; large-format work from €15,000. Prices exclude IVA.
Send the selected property and room, event date, guest count, ceremony and dinner plan, site photographs, door and lift clearances, loading information, permitted install and strike hours, floor-protection requirements, outdoor contingency and budget. If the couple has a planner, venue coordinator and agency, name one approval lead so technical and visual decisions do not split into separate versions.
