Boca Raton is forty-five minutes up I-95 from our Kendall workshop, close enough that most projects come and go in a single day. We fabricate the structural piece — an arch, a suspended ceiling, a branded backdrop — on our own shop floor, dry-fit it before it leaves, and drive it up with the same crew that built it.

How we serve Boca Raton

Logistics for a Boca Raton install
Crew and travel
Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Jupiter are all reached from our Kendall workshop by road, roughly forty-five minutes to Boca and closer to ninety minutes to Jupiter. There is no travel fee on builds over $10,000; smaller jobs carry a clearly stated fuel-and-crew line rather than a hidden surcharge. No airfreight and no crew flights appear on the quote.
Lead time
Plan on six to eight weeks for a custom build. A flower-wall rental or a re-dress of an existing structure moves faster. Boca Raton Bowl hospitality and peak winter club Saturdays need more runway because venue and club calendars, not our workshop, set the pace.
Fabrication and sourcing
Structures, backdrops, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they travel. Fresh flowers travel with the crew in a conditioned vehicle, or are sourced from South Florida-area wholesalers close to install when the schedule calls for same-day freshness.
Permits and venue approvals
Private clubs like Boca West, Royal Palm and Admirals Cove set their own member-access rules and require certificates of insurance naming the club; resort and mall venues set loading-dock and service-elevator schedules that we confirm before design is finalized. Outdoor work at Mizner Park, Atlantic Avenue or Harbourside Place follows the organizer's or municipality's public-event permit, which we build inside of rather than apply for.
Climate and floral specification
South Florida humidity here is close to Miami's, kind to fresh flowers indoors and hard on them in direct coastal sun. Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, and Jupiter's marina and beach venues add steady onshore wind, so outdoor builds in those settings carry ballast and a written weather plan as standard. For long-running club dining rooms and storefronts we favor faux and UV-rated pieces.
