T-Mobile 5G launch activation
A brand environment built to camera — the kind of statement piece a downtown Denver launch asks for.

Denver is the largest city we plan for in the Rockies, and it is also the airport, the wholesale flower market and the staging point for everything we build further into the mountains. A Denver job and a Boulder or Aspen job often share one flight, one rental truck and one crew calendar, which keeps the fly-in math honest instead of padding three separate trips onto three separate quotes.
We are a Miami studio first. Every structure — an arch, a suspended ceiling piece, a branded backdrop — is designed, welded and dry-fitted in our Kendall workshop before it is crated for freight. What lands in Denver is a kit built to a drawing, not raw material improvised at altitude on the morning of the event. Fresh flowers are the exception: those we buy from Denver-area wholesalers close to the install date rather than fly across the country.
Cherry Creek North anchors the private-client side of this market — boutique hotels, residences and small galas within walking distance of each other — while downtown Denver carries the convention and headquarters business: the Colorado Convention Center, Ball Arena and the hotel towers around them. We have not yet published a Denver project, and this page says so rather than implying otherwise.

We have no published Denver project yet, so this page does not show Denver case studies. When one is photographed and cleared, it will appear here with the venue, date and scope, on the same standard as every study on this site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is the work we have already published: a race-weekend hospitality build for Formula 1 Miami, a brand launch built to camera for T-Mobile, and ongoing floral for Chotto Matte. A Denver installation is designed, welded, wrapped and dry-fitted on the same Kendall floor as those projects, then freighted west and installed by the crew that built it.
For convention and arena work we start from the venue's published specifications and dock schedule; for hotels and Cherry Creek storefronts we start from how long the piece needs to last, which usually decides between fresh, faux or a mix of both.

Each room sets its own rules — ceiling height, rigging points, load-in window, sightlines. These are the Denver-area venues we plan for, and what floral actually has to do inside them.
Retail and gallery district
Boutique storefront and hotel work where a seasonal faux installation outperforms a fresh piece nobody will refresh mid-run.
Hotel
Downtown ballroom galas and lobby moments, with the hotel's dock and elevator schedule setting the install order.
Historic hotel
A landmark atrium lobby where new work sits at the edges of the room rather than competing with the original architecture.
Museum event venue
Private events inside strong architecture; we plan placement and fixings with the museum's facilities team before design is locked.
Garden venue
Weddings and galas already set against living planting, so our work usually adds one architectural statement rather than more greenery.
Convention center
Exhibit-hall and general-session builds planned around the venue's published room specifications, dock times and rigging rules.
Arena
Premium-club and hospitality-suite floral on tight changeovers between sports and touring event dates.
Private event venue
A Cherry Creek estate-style venue for weddings and private galas, suited to a single hero piece rather than scattered décor.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
Cherry Creek storefronts and downtown hotel lobbies dress for the season; artificial trees and faux garland hold their color through repeated Colorado cold snaps better than fresh product left outdoors.
Booking window: Book by October 20 on our six-week holiday production schedule.
Denver hotels and downtown venues host satellite activations during Boulder's Sundance week, sharing freight and crew with our Boulder builds.
Booking window: Commit by early December so the piece ships with the same freight run as any Boulder work.
Product launches, sales-kickoff events and headquarters announcements in downtown hotels and the convention center.
Booking window: Six to eight weeks for a fabricated environment; longer if venue rigging approval is required.
Association and trade meetings at the Colorado Convention Center and downtown hotel ballrooms, avoiding the coldest winter months.
Booking window: Six to eight weeks, confirmed once the show's rigging plan is approved.
Botanic Gardens, Cherry Creek estate venues and downtown hotel ballrooms host the bulk of Denver's wedding and benefit season.
Booking window: Four to six months for a peak-season Saturday.
Our crew flies into Denver International and stays in town for the build. Structures and hard-goods freight ahead of the crew with weather margin built into the schedule for winter storms on the plains or in the mountain passes. Flights, freight and crew lodging are shown as their own line on the quote rather than folded into the design fee.
Six to eight weeks for a custom fabricated build in a normal month. Convention-center and arena work often runs longer because the venue's rigging and dock approvals, not our workshop, set that clock. Holiday and re-dress work moves faster because the structure already exists.
Structures, backdrops, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they leave. Fresh flowers are bought from Denver-area wholesalers close to the install date rather than flown in, so nothing sits in a box for a cross-country trip.
Downtown venues and hotels require certificates of insurance naming the property, dock reservations and elevator bookings; the Colorado Convention Center and Ball Arena add their own rigging sign-off before anything is suspended. Historic interiors such as The Brown Palace mean freestanding structures and no fixings into original fabric. We check each venue's fire-code rules before locking a design, and our artificial trees can carry a fire-retardant certificate where an indoor venue requires one.
Denver sits about a mile up, and the air is dry year-round, which stresses fresh flowers faster than sea-level humidity does. Winters bring sudden cold snaps and occasional heavy snow between storms of bright, dry sunshine, and summer afternoons can turn to hail with little warning. We hydrate fresh product longer, choose varieties that hold in dry heat, and specify UV-rated artificial pieces for any patio, terrace or Cherry Creek storefront window that sits in direct high-altitude sun for weeks at a time.
No. Our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. We design and fabricate there, fly our crew to Denver International and freight the structures ahead of us.
Not yet published. Our case studies are in Miami, Dallas and elsewhere; we link the closest comparable ones on this page rather than claim Denver work we cannot show.
Yes. Premium faux florals and artificial trees are built to hold their color for months, with UV-rated options for windows and terraces that see direct Colorado sun, and a fire-retardant certificate available for indoor venues.
Yes. Denver hotel and downtown activations during Sundance week are planned on the same freight and crew schedule as our Boulder builds, so a client can book either city, or both, on one trip.
Fresh flowers dehydrate faster in dry mile-high air, especially in heated rooms in winter. We hydrate longer, choose varieties suited to dry conditions, and steer toward preserved or faux material for anything that has to hold outdoors for more than a day.
Flower Fairy, a five-generation floral studio, designs and fabricates Denver installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop, then flies the crew to Denver International and freights the structure ahead of the build. Published work includes Formula 1 Miami, T-Mobile and Chotto Matte; installations start at $2,500, fully fabricated environments at $18,000, and a custom build needs six to eight weeks.
