Formula 1 Miami
Freestanding hospitality floral against an immovable date — the closest reference for a Wine Festival weekend deadline.

Naples sits on the other side of Alligator Alley from our Kendall workshop — a same-day drive, not a flight and not an overnight stay in most cases. We build the statement piece in Miami, dry-fit it on the shop floor, load it whole or in labelled sections, and bring it across the state with the crew who welded it.
The city runs on resort ballrooms, private clubs and a compact, walkable downtown rather than a convention district, so the brief here tends to be a gala entrance, a ballroom ceiling, a club dining room or a boutique's window rather than a stadium activation. That changes the scale of a project without changing how we build it: fabricated first, installed second, never assembled from scratch on-site under time pressure.
We have not yet published a Naples project, and we say so directly rather than imply otherwise. What we can point to is the studio behind it — five generations, over forty years, Formula 1 Miami, the Miami Open and a T-Mobile 5G launch — and a straightforward Alligator Alley run that keeps this market close enough to plan properly.

We have no published Naples project yet, so no invented case studies appear here. When one is photographed and cleared by the client, it will be added with the venue, date and scope, exactly like every other project on the site.
Until then, the fairest evidence is the work already published from our Kendall floor. A Naples ballroom arch or club dining-room ceiling is designed, welded and dry-fitted on the same shop floor as our Formula 1 Miami and Chotto Matte work, then driven across the state by the same crew.
For resort and gala work we start from the venue's own ballroom specifications and dock schedule; for clubs, restaurants and stores we start from how long the piece needs to last, which usually decides between fresh, faux or a mix of both.

Each room sets its own rules — ceiling height, rigging points, load-in window, sightlines. These are the Naples-area venues we plan for, and what floral actually has to do inside them.
Resort hotel
Beachfront ballrooms and terraces for galas and weddings; formal spaces suit symmetrical arches and framed entrances.
Resort hotel
Golf-course event lawns and function rooms where freestanding pieces need to hold against open-air wind.
Resort hotel
Large ballroom and lawn inventory for corporate galas, planned around the resort's own dock and elevator rules.
Resort hotel
Gulf-front receptions and rehearsal dinners where salt air and wind steer us toward faux and ballasted structures.
Performing arts & museum
Gala nights inside a serious architectural and art collection, where placement is cleared with curators before design is final.
Botanical garden
Event lawns and pavilions already full of planting, so our work is designed to complement the garden rather than compete with it.
Private club
Member events and private dinners in a formal clubhouse, where builds are quiet, precise and quick to strike.
Retail & dining district
Storefront and restaurant-patio florals along Naples' main strip, installed on a retail schedule rather than an event one.
Retail center
Seasonal and holiday displays for a high-end shopping center, usually faux and built to run for weeks at a time.
Resort hotel
Marco Island's largest ballroom and beachfront event space, planned as an extension of a Naples-area trip.
When to commit, by season. These windows are what a buildable date looks like once fabrication, freight and crew travel are all in the schedule.
The marquee weekend on the Naples social calendar, with vintner dinners and a live auction across resort venues.
Booking window: Commit by mid-November for anything we fabricate; December bookings are fresh product and existing pieces only.
The bulk of Naples' galas, weddings and club dinners run in the dry, cooler months, when snowbird residents and visitors are in town.
Booking window: Eight to twelve weeks for a custom build; peak weekends in January and February go first.
A gallery-district event that pulls floral and design attention downtown alongside the wine festival weekend.
Booking window: Four to six weeks for a storefront or gallery installation.
Resort lobby trees, club dining rooms and Fifth Avenue South storefronts dressed for the season, mostly faux for durability.
Booking window: Book by October 20 on our six-week holiday production schedule.
Fewer galas as seasonal residents leave, but hurricane season and the summer heat also shape what we recommend outdoors.
Booking window: Four to six weeks; a good window for storefront and lobby refreshes before the season returns.
Naples is a same-day drive across Alligator Alley from our Kendall workshop — usually under two and a half hours. There is no travel fee on builds over $10,000, and smaller jobs carry a plainly stated line for fuel and crew time rather than a padded surcharge. No airfreight and no crew flights appear on the quote.
Plan on six to eight weeks for a custom build; a flower-wall rental or a re-dress of an existing structure moves faster. Wine Festival weekend and peak January–February Saturdays need more runway because resort calendars, not our workshop, set the pace.
Structures, backdrops, faux florals and artificial trees are fabricated and dry-fitted in Kendall before they leave. Fresh flowers travel with the crew in a conditioned vehicle, or are sourced from Southwest Florida-area wholesalers close to install when the dressing schedule calls for same-day freshness.
Resort and club venues set their own rules on certificates of insurance, loading docks and service-elevator bookings, all confirmed before design is finalized. Indoor pieces at museums and galleries, including Artis—Naples, go through the venue's own placement approval. Artificial trees can carry a fire-retardant certificate where a venue requires one.
Southwest Florida is hot and humid for most of the year, kind to fresh flowers indoors and hard on them in direct sun on a beachfront terrace. Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, overlapping the market's quieter months, so outdoor builds in that window carry a written weather plan. For long-running club dining rooms and storefronts we lean toward faux and UV-rated pieces that hold their color through the Gulf sun without a replacement schedule.
Flower Fairy, a five-generation floral studio, designs and builds large-scale installations in its Kendall, Miami workshop and drives them across Alligator Alley to Naples, usually inside two and a half hours. Installations start at $2,500, fully fabricated environments at $18,000, and there is no travel fee on builds over $10,000.
No, our only workshop is in Kendall, Miami. Every Naples project is fabricated there and brought over by the crew who built it, which is why our quotes state travel plainly instead of hiding it in a per-stem markup.
Yes. Flower walls and backdrops can be rented or custom built, delivered and installed by our own crew, and collected after the event. Availability depends on the date and what is already booked for the Naples winter season.
Yes. We offer four tree families — cherry blossom and flowering, olive and green, palms and bougainvillea, and Christmas trees — to buy or rent, with UV-rated options for Gulf-facing terraces and a fire-retardant certificate available for indoor venues.
Commit by mid-November for anything we fabricate for Wine Festival weekend in late January. From December, scope narrows to fresh flowers and existing pieces because a new structure can no longer be built, dry-fitted and driven over in time.
