For agencies & producers
Floral fabrication for agencies and producers
Experiential agencies, event producers and production companies bring us in when the florals and botanical décor have to be designed, engineered, built and struck on a production schedule. We design and fabricate in-house in our Kendall workshop in Miami, and the same team installs and strikes.

What we build for agencies
The same builds we make for brands directly, delivered as the floral and décor department of your production.
Activation environments
Fully fabricated floral worlds with custom structure, from one focal moment to a layered room.
Flower walls
Rental walls from inventory for content backdrops, or custom walls for a brand palette or logo.
Ceilings and suspended pieces
Overhead floral built to the venue's rigging rules, with the weights and measurements your team needs.
Entrances and arrival moments
Arches, facades and entry pieces that frame the first photograph of the event.
Artificial trees
Collection trees to buy or rent, with a fire-retardant certificate for indoor pieces and UV protection outdoors.
Holiday and seasonal installs
Lobby Christmas trees for the season from $2,500 in South Florida, plus holiday storefronts and lobbies.
How a job runs
1. Brief. You send the venue, the date, the load-in and strike windows, and photos of the space. If the pitch needs a picture fast, a photo sent to our AI Studio comes back as a concept render and proposal, usually within a day.
2. Render and line-item budget. We return a render of the actual space, a materials approach and a line-item budget, so your team can present the concept and see where the money sits.
3. Fabrication. Once approved, the build is fabricated in our Kendall workshop. Technical drawings, weights and measurements go to you and the venue, and we work to the venue's rigging rules.
4. Install and strike. The same team that built it installs it in the agreed window and strikes and removes it afterwards. Strike and removal are part of the price, not an add-on.

Agency and producer questions
What do you hand an agency before we pitch or approve?
A render of the actual space, a materials approach and a line-item budget. Once the concept moves forward we supply technical drawings, weights and measurements, and the insurance certificates the venue asks for.
Who builds and installs the work?
We design and fabricate in-house in our Kendall workshop in Miami, and the same team installs and strikes. There is no hand-off to a second crew between fabrication and load-in.
How much does a floral build cost?
Our bands are all-in, covering design, materials, structure, installation, strike and removal. A focal installation starts at $2,500, a layered room at $7,500 and a fully fabricated environment at $18,000. Flower-wall rentals start at $2,500 and custom walls at $7,500.
How far ahead should a production book you?
For Miami, a single installation is comfortable at three to four weeks, a custom-built wall or ceiling at six to eight weeks, and a full brand activation with fabrication at eight to twelve weeks. Art Basel, F1 and Miami Open weeks need three to four months.
Do you work to venue rigging rules?
Yes. We work to the venue's rigging rules, and the drawings, weights and measurements we supply are there so the venue and your production team can approve the build.
Which markets do you cover?
Miami and South Florida, Orlando and Tampa by road, and the fly-in markets on our site: Dallas, Austin, Houston, Salt Lake City, Boulder and Atlanta. In Spain we focus on Madrid and Asturias.
Can we see a concept quickly for a pitch?
